It should have a solid blue light if it's connected to a source device while playing music. They didn't work on my windows laptop, only on my phone! They do connect on the laptop, but the sound is terrible and it stops after a few seconds. can someone give links to windows verified drivers to resolve this
They didn't work on my windows desktop or laptop, only on my phone! They do connect on the pc, but the sound is terrible and it stops after a few seconds. I searched on google and multiple people have the same problem, with no solution.
Hi there, it is necessary to install the drivers for the Bluetooth protocols that do not come in the normal Windows updates, but you have to go to the Microsoft page and download these two specific drivers: 1. A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) driver for to transfer music from your computer /pc/ headphones. 2. AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) driver to send/skip/forward/pause/play music on your device. Once these drivers are downloaded you can connect and listen with your headphones.
You can't use the JBL app for the JBL 300 WAVE TWS and with the JBL WAVE FLEX you can. The JBL WAVE FLEX also has 8 hours of battery compared to 6 hours of battery

The sound of these headphones is so bad on Windows 11 that even my old "Redmi Airdots" is a thousand times better than this JBL wave flex. Money thrown away. Regrettable.
