My wife and I went to see LOVE at the Mirage and it was fantastic. I hate to see it end because it is such a unique show. I'm glad to say that I had the experience. Thankfully, I have the album that I revisit often.
Wish there was news on the next Giles Martin remastered album with outtakes and bonus tracks. Or maybe Anthology anniversary news with a Blu-Ray and CD set?
That would be cool....✌️
I saw LOVE at Mirage in 2019 the last time I was in Vegas. We spent the week at Mirage. The show is absolutely fantastic. The theater is so unique - the seating is around multiple stages so everyone sees everything from every angle, and there are speakers behind every section of seating, so everyone gets the full surround sound experience of the soundtrack. The show is the best in Vegas, the stunts and acrobatics they perform are amazing - some of them get 20+ feet in the air with no wires or safety cables!!!
Very sad to see the show end it's run. It's been on non-stop since 2006. Sad to see Mirage closing and turning into a Hard Rock Hotel too. I've been to Vegas 7 times and Mirage was my favorite hotel - stayed there twice.
I love Mind Games, but asking $1300 for any deluxe version of anything is just insane.
Are you going to do a video review of Paul McCartney and Wings' new release One Hand Clapping?
Oh I hope so!
Holy crap … all these years and I never knew that about Tony on the “For Sale” album. Cool. That’s interesting by coincidence I saw Cirque Du Soleil last night … ECHO. It was pretty good. Wish I had a chance to see “LOVE”.
Because Tony probably made it up. He did work with them a lot (Obviously) but he did have a tendancy to over exaggerate his friendship and importance to them ( like a lot of people on the Beatle gravy train). He was never part of their small inner circle of friends.
With Paul being in his 80's and still performing (and Ringo too) I can't help but wonder what John Lennon and George Harrison would be doing in their 80's if they had lived and were healthy. Maybe a full Beatles reunion, 80's style.
A Beatles reunion in the 1980's would have been abysmal. They'd all have mullets and be messing about with drum machines and Yamaha DX7s.
I think John would be looking after Yoko so wouldn't be working anymore. Which is reasonable as I won't be working at 84😅
Someone said John would have been addicted to social media 😅 I can totally see that.
I saw the Cirque show in Vegas a few weeks ago, honestly just the coolest thing I’ve got to experience in my life and it will probably keep that role for a long time. The performance was wonderful, the music was loud and it was all just so beautiful. The videos on those giant screens… the story it tells. What I’d give to see it again 😔
Fun Fact, for the small audio clip during the show Love, they were made by Francois Perusse. A guy who do Audio Sketch for like 30 years and he had to listen to every tape recorded by the beatles to create the jokes
Excellent video as usual. Just one thing....NEMS rhymes with HEMS, not HEEMS. Did not know that was Bramwell's hand on the cover of BFS!
I did the Liverpool trip in May. Saw the George plaque the day after it was put up. GO TO LIVERPOOL!! It was the most fun I've had in my adult life. Took me 60 yrs but i made it. My bucket list is complete. Also took a train to London and got my mug shot on the Abbey Road zebra crossing. Positively thrilling. And dont miss the Cavern Club. Pure joy.
The only Beatles news I really wanna hear is that they're gonna take the hi-res mono masters they made for the mono box sets & reissue all the original LP's individually & affordably on some snazzy-color wax. Nothing extra, just cool versions that sound like the Beatles wanted them to sound on their first release dates.
The Love soundtrack is pretty damned wonderful ❤😂
You deserve a blue plaque when the time come!!!
I’ve always been interested with those record covers in the background of your videos, I can’t seem to find them online! Beatles ‘70 is an eye catcher would love to see a short video on it!

I believe Matt from 'Pop Goes the 60s' created those...hopefully I attached the correct link!
Agree about Mind Games. A vinyl box set should have been available, perhaps separate from the cd set. George Harrison’s All Things Must Pass gave us a vinyl only option of all tracks.
The beatles love album is one of the best remix albums of all time
I thought his hand was the sun blooming lol
Are you going to do a vinyl album review of Beatles For Sale later this year for the album’s 60th anniversary?
And I thought the George Harrison uber deluxe box set was expensive but bought. $ 1350 is too much unless I was super rich
I'm interested to know the next archival project from the George Harrison estate.
Dhani apparently mentioned a Bangla Desh and Material World remix in a podcast
I always thought that was just an orange leaf on the cover of Beatles for Sale. Not an actual hand! 😂
It is an orange leaf. Tony Bramwell made the story up.
Any streaming where i can watch "love" by curque du soleil?
ya hes on the cover xd
We want Rubber Soul! We want Rubber Soul!
Nobody remembers John didn't think much of the album.
I think the 1300 price is in Pounds with conversion to USD being $1600. Too much!
Nems NOT Neems.
Julian's getting out while there's anybody that remembers or cares who John is... YOKO JUST WANT DA MONEY BEEEEACH! ME LOVE U LON TIE!!!!
Yoko is literally responsible for keeping John’s memory alive. Almost all of Julian’s interviews about his father are completely negative and while also just trying to plug his own crap.
They were made Members of The British Empire. ( MBE) Not Order ( OBE).
4:10 "Most Ridiculous Boxset of the Year"
6:20 a) he lost his voice b) screw that ua supporter
Paul is so damn healthy for his age I wonder if replace Joe and run against the Orange Meanie?
It helps to be an American citizen when you run for president.
He's friend of Putin, that’s not a bad idea.
Can we stick with music, please?
What has McCartney got to do with American politics apart from sod all?
scottandrewbrass1931 sorry, but isn't Blackbird about the American Civil Rights movement
I think Paul McCartney needs to be made a Lord. 😊❤
