I liked the CD slot mounted holder. Firm mount and good viewing position. A caution, though. After using a few times my CD player started malfunctioning. The screen would start flashing "loading CD" even though I wasn't trying to use the holder or load a CD.

This one also comes with a really nice air vent adapter. It has a wing nut on the back so you can tighten on to your air vent so it won't fall off. It's really nice!

It comes with a really good air vent clip. You should have an air vent right? It's one of the best in my opinion. It has a wing but to keep it closed so it doesn't fall off.
I wish the companies would use metal this company called mercury used metal for the whole phone mount the only problem was the part that connects to the vent was all plastic and gave out from there but it lasted a whole year longer than any other phone mount i ever had
He said you have to take out the cd....I don't think you wanna hit the eject with a cd and the mount in it....I imagine the mount might not even fit with a cd in it anyways....Who still even uses cds ???? I just had a KENWOOD DMX9707S installed on Saturday with Apple Play and Android Auto....It has screen mirroring too....No more CD or DVD slots on that model....

Coincidence or not I was just looking at this mount on Amazon then I see your video on here....Question does it have wireless charging and does it come with a cord or do you have to use your own ???? I read something in the Amazon description that it has a reserved charging but I think they just mean that it has space to plug your own charger...I bought 2 different brands one at Autozone and one Wal-Mart this past weekend that had built in wireless charging and had to return them the same day cause they were not charging correctly....
Not does not have wires charging. It just has a place on the bottom for the cord will go so the phone is not sitting on the charger in the cradle. I really like it for both the CD and vent mounts.

I looked at real problems people were having and it seemed like there was some quality issues with a lot of the popular brands. When I found this one and started reading the reviews everybody seemed to like it. It held up for a while with no issues, everything stayed working over time. So after several weeks of research I kept coming back to this one because the comments and the reviews were great compared to the others. Before I buy something I do a lot of research. Usually weeks to up to month before I make a decision. I read customer reviews, I read online reviews from companies and watch a lot of UA-cam videos before I make a decision. At the end of the day this one won lol.
Depends on what phone you have. It is open on the bottom so that you can plug it into the power but depending on where you are headphone jack is it may or may not work. It's very open on the bottom if that's where it is.
I've played with them all. NOTHING beats the CD mount. Nothing even comes close, and it's high enough for GPS to work. The problem is a lot of cars don't have CD players anymore. Then it's air vent or suction cup on windshield. All cars have a windshield but many do not have usable vents. Most round vents will not work for example. A problem with the cup holder ones is it is too low to get a good GPS signal.

Looking at the installation method from the company’s Amazon site, it looks like you installed the CD slot one upside down in your video.
I may have but it worked for me. Also the Chinese sometimes get their images mixed up so maybe that's happening as well.

I have a Honda Fit 2019 and it’s difficult finding where to put my phone or finding a phone holder for it. And it doesn’t have a CD player in it?

Bought it on Amazon but it was a bad choice. It kept falling off and it keeps loosing ultimately and it also spread my cd player and left gap.

I got one and it’s a fight to keep it in. I hate it. The clips that are supposed to stay inside the CD player doesn’t.
