Hi! I’ve been watching your videos and love the insights you share about real estate in Idaho. I’m currently looking for a home with a mortgage around $1000/month (excluding insurance and utilities) and without an HOA. Since I work remotely, I’m open to living a bit further out from Nampa if that helps in finding something within my budget. Is that possible to find around here?
I’ll be honest with ya, payments that low are pretty rare these days but it will depend on how much your down payment would be. Let’s talk in more detail and I can see how I can help :) 208-901-5761
There are alot of factors at play when it comes to your monthly payment, like down payment, credit score, etc. So it's tough to answer that without know you're full situation. That being said, most mortgages these days are around 2000 after insurance, taxes, utilities, etc. give me a call and I'll see what we can do for you :)
Great video man. My question is when are the prices going to come down!? I've been waiting for my opportunity to head to Idaho. Seems I may be better off to wait for the election. Thoughts?
Great question👍🏼 it’s a big one though..personally I think prices will increase either way the election goes, but I think my opinion requires a better answer than just this. Maybe that’s a good video topic 😁
