Hi..sure what you have said about...I can say something,I was in Boston,I trayed to apply to this kind of visa eb-3, the problem is to apply via attorney first,second to find a sponsor worker,the fees about 3000$+fees of visa above 300$,etc. But you need to find the sponsor no one couldn't take this responsibility...and the initial thing is to be present in USA not out....in the end I failed to gain.....i looked about human organizations the same result nothing..

Is it true that only people inside the us can apply for the eb2? In my case, i have a job offer, the sponsor and an advanced degree. But the lawyers all tell me that i have to enter the US on L1 or H1B before i can apply for the EB categories, since EB is a "green card". Is this coorect, or am i dealing with incompetent/shady lawyers?

Egy, I found couple of law offices (or agencies, what ever) who lead and helping in process to get BE-3 visa. But they charge very high sum such between $12.000 and $20.000. If we found the employer, does it he need to pay the fees or employees? If the employer must pay, maybe that`s why they do not want to hire people from abroad and is is very difficult.

Egy, I found couple of law offices (or agencies, what ever) who lead and helping in process to get BE-3 visa. But they charge very high sum such between $12.000 and $20.000. If we found the employer, does it he need to pay the fees or employees? If the employer must pay, maybe that`s why they do not want to hire people from abroad and is is very difficult.
You have to pay to get what you want, like an investment.

أنا مش عارف هو الانجليزي سهل كدا ولا حضرتك بتتكلم بطريقة ومفردات سهلة عشان نفهم لأنه في الطبيعي بفهم من الحوار بين ٩٠ و ٩٥٪ على حسب الحديث نفسه وسرعته واللهجة "عكس الحوارات اللي بتكون في قاعات التدريس كلها بتوصل بسبب المتحدث اللي بيكون غالباً المدرس بيختار جمل وكلمات وطريقة نطق توصل للمستمع اللي هو الطالب" لكن حوار حضرتك في الفيديو دا تقريباً فهمته كامل اللهم كم كلمة بس من سياق الحديث وصلتني الفكرة كاملة.
