This machine, along with the DC Comics and Marvel Comics coin pusher machines, are what helped me get enough tickets to buy a Game Box Plus handheld console.
Nice video, and since you were talking about timing to shoot the coin in the pineapple, I line the top of the pineapple to the number 3 light near the card drop light.
I like the make it rain technique best. But playing slowly means you stand a chance of getting a card drop. So a mix of both is a good medium in my opinion :)
I agree, wait for the tray to close, than fire the coin. A lot of people go quickly and the coins stack on top of each other. That's not good, considering stacked coins take a lot longer to fall. You also don't want a lot of cards stacked together either.
I played last week with 900 coins over the 2 days I was there. I got full set and 16 mixed cards and had a total of around 6600 tickets. By far my favourite game. My kids get the 2p's while I'm busy haha
I just need Gary & Pearl so I can have the whole set of series 2. I won most of the cards at Pinballz Arcade and if I collect and save all of them and get the last two I need I can redeem them for 5000 tickets AND get my picture taken.
How much does a "swipe" cost out of interest? We just got Spongebob at my local bowling alley. Over here (the UK) I think it's £2 for 75 tokens. So wondering if the costs tie up?
Not a big fan of sponge Bob coin pusher but I recently saw a card I’ve never seen before it was called Flying Dutchman for 100 tickets. Apparently it’s a very rare card
Its possible I once got 6000 tickets at gameworks for $50 I still think that doesnt usually happen. At round1 a Japanese bowling and arcade I would like a dragonball z action figure for 1400 tickets. I like to find the best value for the dollar.
I really like the theme of this pusher, but it's one of my least favorites in terms of pushers. Few cards on the field, slow coin dispensing/action, low payout, it just can't hold a candle to Wizard of Oz or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I like the DC machine, but the ramp at the end of the playing field simply makes that one a money eater too. But, it's still better than this machine.
@@meofjack9644 wizard of oz is like star trek. You don't get tickets for playing, but you get tickets for chips and cards over the edge. Personally, I don't like it. I like Willy Wonka, DC, and Spongebob. Willy wonka is great for doing a bunch of plays (I did 10,000 plays on it and won 275 cards or so and it didn't take that long). DC is hard, but fun. Spongebob is good for timing, and getting a good long coin pusher for your money, as you have to slow down and time it. Wizard of Oz and Star Trek always give bonus plays, as opposed to bonus tickets. Marble carnival is kinda cool and different. Pearl fishery is ok, but there are no cards. Angry birds is bad in my opinion, as it is boring aside from the one second where the tower falls. Jelly lab isn't really a coin pusher, but it's a nice game to time. WWE rumble is cool, but it is more like a pachilko machine. I'm looking forward to the Avengers coin pusher, as it is like spongebob but also has the infinity stones to collect and spin the wheel. But the one that looks really awesome is the spongebob pirates. It is like the WWE one, but the marbles fall down and get pushed. There is also cards, and a bonus wheel. It isn't out yet but it looks awesome.
I NEED MORE SPONGEBOB GAMBLING
at my local arcade they have one of these sponge bob things and i always hold them up playing it lol
When you are bored on UA-cam “999 pLaYs On SpOnGeBoB cOiN pUsHeR” lol
I love how universally the thing ALWAYS lands on 4

I have a love/hate for this game.
😂
I Remember playing this game at Chuck E. Cheese before!

Would love to see you sit there one time and empty every card in the coin pusher ..

Was it in gorleston
Can you do a which pays better spongebob or startrek plz!
What he said
From what I've gathered from videos so far spongebob
It goes to A because that's the digit after 9 in hexadecimal
Great vid mate! Make it rain!!!
I think the arcade sound effect of sending the token was turned up too loud on this machine.
I wonder if that hundreds digit works on the hexadecimal (base-16) system... in that case, a true max-out would be 1,599 credits.
Gary so far is the hardest to get, broke the machine a couple of times since multiple cards fell
Great wins. Best wishes always
Thank you Christy!
and the music drives me nuts lol
Yeah same here in the Philippines
Always 4
always make it rain!!
Needs scientific experiment as to whether raining or making the effort to get the pineapple every time is more lucrative :D
I had my shot on the spongebob pineapple arcade of the mystery bonus spin I got 15 tokens

Hi, try raining on the pusher thingy only?.

I still agree with you that JB is a huge scammer ….

Yeah, I think you can only find it over in the UK and some other countries for some reason...
i have 15 sets of these spongebob cards 15 garys i live in the uk i also have 2 Flying Dutchman cards
lee gatfield I could have won two but the machine belt stopped and the engineer couldn’t restart it.
ClawD00d - Arcade Games if I win another one I’ll post it out to you my friend 👍
@@pepsimadd17 that's so nice of you
the onlly game that is not satisfying to rapid fire on...ahhh
Loot cam? Missing it :(
I love this spongebob coin game.
Wow you can sell the spongebob cards on ebay. Worth more than 3k tickets, especially gary
How to card do? I still confused
Imagine being the person behind him
Are the cards just collector items?
Made about 15k tickets today playing this
Got 2 Gary's same cabin.
the one at dave in busters caps you so i cant do 999 plays
What would you do if u managed to clear out all the cards from the machine and there wasn't one Gary amongst the lot of them?
Did this today, it will come up e11 on token. Call a member of staff and they'll refill :)
You did get 2 coins in quite early on if u watch it back
I have 3 full sets and over 50000 tickets for this game... I have never gotten anything put 4s on the coin spin.
Try getting to Z99
Visiting the USA next year, and gonna hit a D&B. So I’ve an idea, what’s the dollar cost of 999 plays?
it really varies if when you play, but your best bet will be going on half priced wednesday, if possible.
@@ClawD00d I’ll be in New York, just off Times Square, so can defo do a Wednesday morning.
Do you reckon $200 would get me a load of tickets?

A means 10 or 1,0
what happens when you get all 9 characters?
you change your cards for a 3,000 tickets bonus
Is that a coin riding a pineapple?
You know it! 😎
