This video is based on a lowrise 2 bhk apartment at spring view floors sare homes nh 24 Ghaziabad.
Springview Floors is a fully habitable gated community which has approach from NH 24 (Delhi Meerut Expressway) and NH 91 (G.T Road/Delhi Bulandshahr Road) near Lal Kuan Ghaziabad.
Its a GDA approved society and a part of large FDI funded development SARE Homes. It has been in the news for some good as well as some not so good reasons.
The unit we have featured in this video is a 2 BHK of 853 sqft at the 1st floor in a G+2 structure.
The unit has been used extensively so you can see the marks on the walls and floor but all this require minor repairs and a paint job.
The cost of this flat is 26 lakh. You will also have to pay 1% brokerage and registry charges.

1600+ carpet area will cost way more than this price tag mam. A 1990 sqft super area will offer you around 1100 sqft as a net carpet area (as per RERA). We have a 4 BHK of 1693 carpet area at Uninav Bliss and it costs around 1.50 crore. We have already covered that unit. If you want we will send you the link. Thanks 🙏
