My husband has been a Type 1 diabetic for 44 years. He could never really control his blood sugar. He lived on a roller coaster of super highs and super lows. He tried Keto and it helped SO much and then he went even lower carb and he has never felt better! He went from using 80+ units of insulin a day down to 10-20 units. He was obese but within 3 months he reached his goal weight! Low carb saved his life!
Good to hear of his success. I wish my friend who is type 1 for going on 65 yrs diagnosed at 10 months. She has had a hard life and is very depressed and doesn’t take care of herself.
@@borttort3885 my son is the same way. He was diagnosed at 21 months and he is 30 years old now. He deals with Depression, End Stage Renal Failure, Polyneuropathy, Leaky gut/gluten allergy and so much more. 😢 He doesn’t check his sugar regularly because he hates to see high numbers.
My mother is weeks from 81 and has had Type 1 Diabetes since she was 16 years old! THAT'S 65 YEARS!!!! She's always eaten on a strict low carb diet for the entire 65 years. She eats nothing with actual sugar and VERY limited amounts (or none) of breads, pastas, and high carb vegetables. She is 112 pounds and in great health as well as has all her limbs and digits! If you are a diabetic, low carb will save your life and help you maintain your health!!
Wow thanks for the info. I've been type 1 for over 40 years. I'm doing good but since I've been watching dr berg I have gotten more serious about my health and I'm now on keto and I've lost weight and I feel better then I have in years. I was diagnosed as a T1D at 46 years old. Like Christie, I was told to eat 20 to 30 grams of carbs per meal by my doctor. I knew that wasn't going to be good so I went Keto almost immediately. It's been 5 years now and I only use one shot of slow insulin every night. I've been able to keep my A1C between 5.5 and 6.5 doing this.
@@yarajoan841 I have as little carbs as possible unless my blood sugar is low and I need to raise it a bit. I eat mostly meat, eggs, nuts and green vegetables.
I'm T1 for 46 years. 8 years ago in desperation I stumbled across Dr. Bernstein. My average a1hc at the time was between 7.5 and 9.5. Today my last a1hc was 4.9 or normal. I love Dr Berg and if you are a T1 I would invite you to check out Dr. Bernstein. I deserve normal blood sugars. Thanks for the video.
@@Science__2024nerd very low carb way of eating is bernstein's way of life. 83 is the number to always shoot for. an a1c in this guy's range being 4.9 is incredible and is what bernstein portrays in his teachings.
I've just checked Bernstein. He talks about, quoting "ADA's high carb diet is the most dangerous ketogenic diet." High carb diet is not ketogenic diet. What am I missing or is he more confused than I am.

Hospital food is the worst! I'm sure all of the keto consultants you have working are champions with inspiring stories to tell. Love and thank you for sharing this great personal account of her experience in overcoming adversity and now effectively managing this health condition with Keto.
Type 1 since 1980 at age 16. I have been on the pump since I got married in 1997. Had 5 children (all healthy). I found that I needed to give insulin 6 hours after I ate pizza . Pizza had carbs and fat which absorbed later than other foods. My body also digests food slower due to years with diabetes.
Hubby and I have been eating low carb for two years and his blood sugars are nearly normal! He went from 80 units of insulin per day down to 10-20 units of insulin per day. He lost 50 lbs. We actually eat super low carbs! Loving it!
Great interview. I’m not diabetic but feel like this gives a lot more understanding of what’s happening and the responsibility we have to take for our health. Good to hear you’re doing so well and can help others now also. It’s unbelievable how waked our “healthcare” system is. I used to work for an endocrinologist (and other docs) but now I stay far from traditional docs as well as being into off grid living! Good stuff!! Thanks for sharing your experience!
Wish I could talk to you Christie about my recent Type 1 Diabetes diagnoses.... so many questions and no one to answer my questions, but I live in South Africa. Great hearing your story!!! Thank you for sharing!
We need this! We so need this. For God sake Dr berg, we miss longer videos. Who cares about people who can't watch long videos, don't do short ones because of them. I want 1 hour of you 2 talking for God sake! So for type 1 keto is possible with insulin. I didn't know that... And I miss your keto desserts Dr Berg, pls put them again😭
YES!!!! Christy helped me so much when I called your Keto Consultant hotline! She was the one who took my call! My preschooler is doing healthy keto because she is type 1 diabetic. Tonight she asked for seconds of Brussels sprouts!!! YEA!! I am so excited to see her eating awesome organic greens. Thanks for interviewing Christy! She is a very positive role model for my daughter. THANKS CHRISTY!!!!!
Awe this is so cool to hear! Thank you for watching! 💓 I am so happy to hear your daughter is doing well! Now how to get MY daughter to eat green vegetables 🤣 that is the questions lol!
@@offthegridstreets well it has been a year of keto for our preschooler. Before her T1D diagnosis (type 1diabetes) our family ate the normal HIGH carb diet, and VERY few veggies. We were very sick all the time back then. And soon she had a vaccine-reaction which turned anti-bodies against her pancreas, causing T1D. It's been a long and painful journey of researching and learning. But the switch to HEALTHY keto is the best thing we have done for her health. I introduced veggies very slowly, starting with a tiny bit of kale in Dr. Berg's chocolate kale shake, and blending a little more fresh kale into it each day. So she got used to the taste of it over a few weeks. (Sometimes also blend in some spring mix salad or spinach). I also make lightly cooked kale with fried bacon mixed into it. She now loves that combo. The bacon grease really helps it taste so much better! Last night we had oven-roasted Brussels sprouts with parmasian cheese. And she asked for seconds! I get so emotional to see her loving greens because I realize now how much her body needs them. All the best to you and your child. Keep trying! Your child can learn to love greens too. 💝💝💝
@@offthegridstreets Oh cool! So your comment just led me to your youtube channel! It's you Christy!! Thanks for the comment, and THANK YOU for the type 1 inspiration!!!!
It’s sad what we call a “normal diet” or typical food choices we make are making us feel crummy. So glad I found Keto, what a difference in my energy level.
I was diagnosed at 17 and for two years my body made a tiny amount of insulin and I wish I would have found you sooner Dr Berg and preserved that. I appreciate this video but I do have to say it is likely she does make a very small amount of insulin. 6 units of insulin including long acting is unheard of in someone who doesn’t make any insulin. Even on a day with no food I would need at least double that as a background insulin to survive. It’s also common when concerned about weight and avoiding insulin to not test and look at the actual numbers and take less insulin while fooling yourself you’re ok. I did this during a bodybuilding phase and was the picture of perfection physically but the blood work results told the truth. It’s just so important to not compare someone else’s insulins needs. Especially someone diagnosed less than 5 years prior. Preserve everything last drop! Thank you Dr Berg! You are saving lives and transforming mine. Your passion is contagious. ❤️

When I was hospitalised following my type 1 diagnosis, I was given veggie burgers, fries & spaghetti hoops for dinner, followed by jelly & ice-cream. I was only 15 at the time, but I remember thinking at hospital mealtimes 'they do know I'm diabetic, don't they?'. I wish endocrinologists would stop pushing the high carb, low fat diet on us. Pasta isn't healthy for anyone!

John 3:16, John 11:25-26
I started watching Dr Berg's videos when I learned that I developed type 1 diabetes 3 years ago because of an autoimmune disease that destroyed the insulin-producing cells in the pancreas. I am 76 and in good health. I take one slow acting insulin per day (10 units). I follow a very low carb diet and my glucose is between 4.5 (Canada measurement) and about 7.5 with a pin prick meter. I cheat once in a while will have a small desert, but it does not raise my glucose level outside of my targeted range. I am physically active and have had no ill effects. I get my eyes checked once a year and I always get a report of no effects of diabetes. Thank you Dr. Berg.
I can confirm that treatment in the hospital. The same happened to me. I finally said I’d eat the food but I needed insulin (I know that’s not what you’re teaching) and I was met with the nurse looking at her watch and telling me it wasn’t time for my dose of insulin. So frustrating!
Dr.Berg you have helped me with diabetes information way more than my GP doctor. I had type 2 diabetes my dr. just said take metformin. I was so upset and did my research and with your information NO metformin that i refused thank God. Hospitals even have it wrong! You are the real deal thank you God bless you and your family. I am at 6 from 8 AIC
I have the exact same story as Kristie! After/during my second baby I became a type one. I had to start doing keto when my bgl became dangerously high due to a cortisone shot in my knee. I do worry about being in keto with higher bgl due to the cortisone shot, I had to get another one in November due to my back, bgl is still high, trying to get it down with Keto, having to also take insulin with very little carbs. I started keto in 2016 where it seemed there was very little info on UA-cam about it. Thanks to Dr. Berg I feel a lot more comfortable doing keto while being a type one.
It sounds like the perfect time to make sure the body has enough Chromium Picolinate . if I am understanding correctly, the body will use this nutrient to repair the mechanisms that regulates both fat and sugar utilization. Just a thought.
I have Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults (LADA). Type 1. My A1C was 13.5. I just started eating lower carb in the last month. My average BG after just 1 month is 110. I was using 120 units of insulin a day. I am now at 30 units per day. I am in range 95% of the day. The results are astounding to me. I used fruits to wean off of sugars. Meaning when I had a horrid sugar craving I would eat some blueberries or strawberries. I am now off of all fruits..except for a very small bowl of blueberries once or twice a week. I was having horrible overnight high blood sugars or dawn phenomenon. I have been able to stop the dawn phenomenon by eating most of the little carbs I do eat...early on in the day. It also helped when I stopped eating all food after 6 pm and giving my body a break. I no longer have blood sugar spikes overnight. Because I am feeling better....I have also been able to add in a little bit of light exercise. I hope to be able to increase my exercise endurance over time.

Dr. Berg, I sent you my story. Hi Dr. Berg. First I'd like to thank you for your video's, they are very helpful maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You have given me the final push when it comes to eating added sugars. Today I've stumbled upon the recommendation that are on the WHO website. I recall a video and I'm pretty sure it was from you (don't know exactly which video since I've seen so many) where you stated that the WHO recommendation is about 10grams of added sugar per day. The website says, I'll quote: "A new WHO guideline recommends adults and children reduce their daily intake of free sugars to less than 10% of their total energy intake. A further reduction to below 5% or roughly 25 grams (6 teaspoons) per day would provide additional health benefits" I think no added sugars would of course be most beneficial, but I just wanted to let you know that WHO may have adjusted their intake information, and if it was you that said 10 grams, I'd really only want to give you a heads up, so people will not be saying you are spreading 'misinformation'. If it wasn't you, sorry!
Wow!! I just came across this video.... I can relate to Christie's experience... especially with her mom in the hospital! When my dad (who was a type 2 diabetic... he passed away in Sept. 2019) was in the hospital (5 times in 4 consecutive months), I stayed with him 24/7 because he had dementia and was blind. I had to argue with the nurses because they would come in and test his blood sugar on THEIR SCHEDULE... NOT HIS.... right after he ate! Then the nurse would come in and want to give him insulin because his sugar was "high" according to their standards! My dad had to have his food pureed and his liquids thickened because he couldn't swallow properly.... one of the many reasons he ended up in the hospital because the nursing home would give him too much to eat on the spoon, he would aspirate, end up with pneumonia!! Talk about being angry.... I ended up getting them to use a baby spoon to decrease what they would give him on the spoon.... I'm disgusted with nursing homes and hospitals... they BOTH are guilty of that! Anyway, he ended up having a 157 blood sugar... the nurse wanted to give him 2 units, I told them "NO" because he had just eaten, and if his blood sugar dropped, he wouldn't be able to tell them because of the dementia! Then they checked his blood sugar just before dinner the same day... it was a 107.... the nurse technician was shocked.... she was expecting it to be high... and I was correct, they were not!!! I am also an insulin diabetic, as well as my husband. We have an appointment with his renal doctor in 2 weeks, I want to ask him about the Keto diet since my husband has bad kidney function, and has had because he was on morphine for 6 years and then they used tramadol to ween him off of the morphine during the 6 years, then told him to just use Tylenol, now we use CBD oil, as long as his blood pressure is above 125 because it drops his blood pressure about 20 points! .... we use the VA.... we're not very fond of any medical system at this point.... neurologists locally destroyed my husband with prescription drugs "here, try this one.... " like he was trying different candy".... they were only treating the symptoms with drugs, not looking into why he was getting migraines in the first place.... it turned out to be the metformin, and I am the one who brought that to their attention! My husband developed "Diabetic amyotrophy neuropathy" back in 2010.... he's been through hell and back with that, and the neurologist (we believe she saved his life with 6 bags of IVIG (2 in October, 2 in November, and 2 in December), that helped a lot, but he still has problems 11 years later as a result of it all! I believe it was due to toxic overload of all of the medications he was on, he has come off of some of the medications since, but we are still trying to figure out how to come off of more meds.... I've been looking into KETO, I just wasn't sure if we could do it since my husband's kidney function is really bad.... not close enough for dialysis, but heading that way if we don't make some changes! I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!!! Thanks for this video... I'll click on the link above, we are also getting ready to try gluten free diet since I have arthritis.... I will be getting my blood work done in July, I will have a better idea as to what I need to work on then... thanks again for your very informative videos! I hope you get a chance to read this Dr. Berg, please post a message to let me know you have, thanks!
@@offthegridstreets I don't have an Instagram but maybe I'll get one just so I can follow your blog, because I am also am interested in owning my own farm!!
It's known that hospitals and nursing homes "manage" their patients diabetes by simply upping their insulin. How much better off they all would be with a simple change in diet.
That is where I am at with Low Carb,... I simply must accept super low carb/keto as a way of life 100% The longer I go without any cheats or treats, the stronger & better I am & if I weaken, I crave those carbs again & again.
Thank you for this video. I have gone from a long standing (20+ years) T2D to a pancreas deficient (c-peptide, 0.71) T1D. My endo still hasn't changed my diabetic status. I have been following you and Keto for 7 months with an initial A1C of 9.5 (12/20), 7.5 (3/21), 6.3 (5/21) to current of 5.7 (8/21). Instead of my endo telling me "Good Job" I was told to "sweeten up". So confused... Not going back to eating full loaded carbs from the ADA or SAD diets.
Did they test antibodies? If antibodies are NEGATIVE and C-Peptide is greater than 0.5 then you are not T1D. But T2D insulin dependent. You can come out from insulin through longer fasting.
This video answered a question I had about my mothers diabetes. When she was not feeling well she would refuse to eat, one time she did not have anything but water for over 48 hours and her sugars went up to 198. I could not understand why it would go up and her blood pressure went up also to like 175/95. I could not understand it. But from what Christie said it looks like that is what happens when your pancreas stops working. Am I correct?
Wow. This is eye opening. My dad is a type 2 diabetic, 92 years old and his insulin is higher (possibly after getting a pacemaker and having an infection since mid-November). I'm insulin resistant and histamine sensitive and I had gestational diabetes with one of 3 pregnancies. I am addicted to sugar/carbs, can't lose weight and am having a hard time sticking to keto. Tips???
up your animal fat, protein turns into carbs if you eat too much, once you get off the carb train it will get much easier. Also, avoid vegetables and plant oils at ALL costs
I curved my sugar craving unintentionally one time by juicing...Kale ,celery, cucumbers, ginger, lemon, and an apple for taste....after noticing I wasnt craving sugar I did research and found out that celery juice cuts sugar cravings and now I've been following a ketogenic diet for over a year now with no issues
when I was diagnosed with T1D, I was in the hospital they gave me honey and nutella to eat.I became worse in the hospital.ThenI started doing keto.I normalized in 1 week.
OK...I've been type 1 since I was 21 months old, I'm now 43. You have to remember that science has shown up a lot of changes in the last few years, and it was believed that diabetics needed carbs! Hospitals, unfortunately, have not corrected their systems - even here in the UK, because whether diabetics NEED loads of carbs is irrelevant...every human being still needs some form of carbohydrate. As a kid, my mum had to get 230grams of carbs in me...I couldn't eat that now if I tried - I average at about 100 carbs per day. But I'm sorry, I don't believe that cutting carbs completely is good for the human body - I never will. Low gi, yes, but no carbs? Yeah, I'm not sure you'll be as healthy at 80. And as for the spikes. You take the insulin a little while before you eat your porridge or potatoes - it's not rocket science. There should be a disclaimer with this, and I truly apologise Dr berg, because I actually respect the work you do. However there are no 2 diabetics the same, and this idea does not work for everybody. I'd also like to say, before getting my insulin pump 9 years ago, I was on 36units of background insulin a day...not including what I'd take for food. Crazy right? On my pump I have between 20-23 units per day, and that's with food added. I lost a lot of weight in the process, so I do understand the not wanting to be on insulin..let's face it, who does? But we don't all get a choice. Changing a diet is extremely difficult for so many people, especially at our parents' or grandparents' age. It's not as simple as - just stop eating carbs!! We should be fine ding solutions to let them live how they want to, yet still be healthy. And I don't understand your blood glucose numbers... in the UK it's the same form as the Hba1c...not in hundreds. So anything over 14 can produce ketones. As a teen I had acidosis many times, and actually died twice. It's mot pleasant, and there's no way in the world I'd have managed to keep up a conversation let alone tell a medical team what I wanted. Please be patient with your mum, its not easy for some of us. Kindness, understanding and above all patience, is what will help her most. Also must note. Eating high protein when blood sugars are high, will damage your kidneys. I've never had any issue with my kidneys, or anything else for that matter. But I think it's important for all t1's to know if they think suddenly starting a protein rich diet amongst bad diabetes control will help - it might not. Get the diabetes better controlled first.
How do you deal with hypoglycemic episodes when you don't eat carbs? They'll ALWAYS happen once in a while so I would like to hear some thoughts on that
@@user-pc7ef5sb6x haha yes in theory, it is. In reality though, you will NEVER be able to deal with your diabetes perfectly like that. There will always be hypoglycemic episodes (having had diabetes type 1 for 25 years has taught me this).
Dr berg, could you do a video to answer how often we should eat and how many calories. I've watched you "what to eat while breastfeeding" video but how much do we eat and can we do intermittent fasting a little along with breastfeeding? Or will it affect supply. I'm currently not sleeping a full 3 hours lol for obvious reasons. Because hospitals are stupid! My uncle who is 400 pounds in diabetic of course it is his fault I will say that. Had to go to the hospital and same thing he’s drinking Pepsi eating pudding.
I'm a type one. I am down to 3 units of lantus and maybe one unit of humulog in a day. I have found a lot of resistence from my kaiser health care practitioners about my low a1c. They seem to be scared for me....completely rediculous!!! I do a paleolithic keto diet now and am positive as my gut heals I can take even less insulin... maybe even no insulin. Of note on another subject about taking a lot of insulin... insulins contain very toxic and dangerous preservatives in them ... another reason to control blood sugars with diet.
Thank you Dr Berg I needed this !!Here I am thinking that America has the best health care system but apparently it’s trying to kill its own. In my country they would never feed you what you don’t want to eat,Am T1 While I was hospitalized I got to choose healthy foods and yes it might be expensive but they will give it to you.
This seems to be an elastic definition of Type 1. I have had it since I was 3, and if I didn't give myself insulin all the time I wouldn't be 450. I would be dead.
I’ve been often believed T1’s are genetically obligate carnivores, although they can survive, sort of, on an omnivorous diet. This evolutionary peculiarity probably occurred during the last ice age due to external stresses from extreme cold climate, probably originating in the area of Nordic countries. Red hair and T1 are both highest in this geographic area, although not exclusive to this area.
A question about the keto diet I must stay under 50 grams of carbohydrates per day 1-Do I have to count the carbohydrates in the green salad? 2- do i have count carbohydrates in non-root vegetables like eggplant, and cauliflower? thanks
My son is type 1 and for the past 2 days he has been getting a lot of lows, we bring it back up, then give him protein but he keeps getting low, I think maybe his pump is giving too much insulin may have to change the pump settings, but I dont know why, hes still eating the same as always, with him growing, you would think we would have to increase insulin, idk, but I'll call his dr today! Anyways, everyone have a blessed day!🌞
Maybe his activity is increased ..more exercise? Maybe he is eating snacks and sweets you dont know about anf maybe increasing the pump settings of insulin? If he is an older child or a teenage it might be the case.. all in all it is better u see his diabetologist as soon as possible. Good luvk

I wonder how many meals Christie eats a day? Is it OMAD for her as a type 1. I experience that when I eat more than 1 meal in a day (for me) it is a cheat, even eating KETO. I avoid carbs but my glucose rises when i have more than one meal, so I have been doing OMAD. And even on OMAD i have to minimize portions because more of anything again rises glucose.
I had almost the same story as her other then need to take fast, slow and metformin right of the bat. And three months post pardom is has ketoacidosis. I started keto and IF four weeks ago. I still need lots of insulin. I went from 30un of slow insulin to 20un and instead of taking 15 fast insulin per meal I now that 15 totally through the day. I was wondering if it's normal for your sugar to continue to rise while fasting even after a full day. If I don't take insulin it just keeps getting higher. They won't test me to see if it's type 1 because I was old ,fat and pregnant when they found it.

How can you achieve this numbers?

Loving it!
Sounds like you might have gastroparesis.
This was such a fun interview Dr. Berg! Thank you for taking this time with me and allowing me to share my story.

It’s sad what we call a “normal diet” or typical food choices we make are making us feel crummy. So glad I found Keto, what a difference in my energy level.
I really love how you say “fascinating!” and “interesting!” about your own content. This is an awesome technique.

Hospitals they know what they're doing. My husband was in icu, under the drip(insulin), first time diagnosed and they were feeding him bagels....
Nurses are very uneducated about diabetes... we don't learn much in nursing school. Very few go out of their way to self-educate.
Definition of malpractice right there.

My story is worth telling and many can benefit but I have not heard back from anyone on your team

Hey Doc thanks for letting us in on the REAL consultants. The people that have been thru the fire so to speak. Good point Timothy, but why should we trust the ones that knew what they were doing all along. They should be jailed and new doctors installed instead
@@martinkelly3803 problm is u think they knew anything all they know is what the text book and big pharma tells them to know thats why we get so much resistence instead of curiousity

Hi Dr.
The website says, I'll quote:
"A new WHO guideline recommends adults and children reduce their daily intake of free sugars to less than 10% of their total energy intake. A further reduction to below 5% or roughly 25 grams (6 teaspoons) per day would provide additional health benefits"
I think no added sugars would of course be most beneficial, but I just wanted to let you know that WHO may have adjusted their intake information, and if it was you that said 10 grams, I'd really only want to give you a heads up, so people will not be saying you are spreading 'misinformation'.

It's known that hospitals and nursing homes "manage" their patients diabetes by simply upping their insulin. How much better off they all would be with a simple change in diet.
So so true!
Some people choose not to work on diet and the doctors goal is to reduce the numbers to reduce risk. The patient holds some responsibility.
I’m also so sorry to hear that you found your mom that way. That’s scary.
That is where I am at with Low Carb,... I simply must accept super low carb/keto as a way of life 100%
The longer I go without any cheats or treats, the stronger & better I am & if I weaken, I crave those carbs again & again.
How are you doing?
Did they test antibodies? If antibodies are NEGATIVE and C-Peptide is greater than 0.5 then you are not T1D. But T2D insulin dependent. You can come out from insulin through longer fasting.

Great and informative video! Christie is a delight!

Love you sweet momma! 💙💙💙
They'll ALWAYS happen once in a while so I would like to hear some thoughts on that
I really want to know this too. So far it is the only times I will eat an organic banana
decrease your dose of insulin. it's that simple.
@@user-pc7ef5sb6x haha yes in theory, it is. In reality though, you will NEVER be able to deal with your diabetes perfectly like that. There will always be hypoglycemic episodes (having had diabetes type 1 for 25 years has taught me this).
I follow Dr. Richard K. Bernstein's protocol with my T1D kid.

My husband and I watch all your videos and he has started keto ❤️ but we aren't sure how I can adjust it for me needing to feed my baby. What supplements would you suggest too. Would be an amazing video helping alot of moms who want to be healthy. I'm not wanting to lose weight, that is a bonus. I really want to be healthy for healthy milk. Thank you 😊
Because hospitals are stupid! My uncle who is 400 pounds in diabetic of course it is his fault I will say that. Had to go to the hospital and same thing he’s drinking Pepsi eating pudding.
Excellent video!! Thank You!!
This is great, thank you.
This seems to be an elastic definition of Type 1. I have had it since I was 3, and if I didn't give myself insulin all the time I wouldn't be 450. I would be dead.
Is there any research on reversing Alzheimer's?? Even up to stage 6.

A question about the keto diet I must stay under 50 grams of carbohydrates per day

Good luvk

Very good sharing
Glad you found it informative!
I am type 1 diabetic.. thank you 🙏🏼
I wonder how many meals Christie eats a day? Is it OMAD for her as a type 1. I experience that when I eat more than 1 meal in a day (for me) it is a cheat, even eating KETO. I avoid carbs but my glucose rises when i have more than one meal, so I have been doing OMAD. And even on OMAD i have to minimize portions because more of anything again rises glucose.
I follow two meals a day. 18 hours fasting six eating window and no snacking between my meals -Christie
I also want to work for you Dr, Berg!!! I know everything about keto, watched every single video, and live in Alexandria, VA
I have a question I'm looking for a good wild caught fish are sardines all wild caught or farmed? Fresh sardines.
I have a question which has not do with the video. Which should I take first in the morning, thyroid medication or lemon with water?
Off the grid, what? I'm hard of hearing and couldnt get it. I also couldnt find the link.
You can check us out @offthegridstreets 🥰 Thank you so much for watching
Good Job!!!!
What you did when they diagnosed you with hashimoto/ hypothyroidism? Food and lifestyle wise?
