Great question - in my stream I have a channel points redemption to make any mon shiny using PKHEX. So by the end almost every min has been redeemed. I also use PKHEX to check IVs, and that’s always shown on screen to viewers to make sure I’m not being a silly cheater. It’s all the same run!

does the ai still know your abilities? because when i was battling iono in violet her bellibolt kept using water gun .. on my clodsire with water absorb😭
in gen 3, the ai knows which abilities a pokemon could possibly have, but not which one your particular mon has. so for instance, gengar always has levitate in gen 3, so the ai will never click a ground move against it. however, lanturn is 50/50 illuminate or volt absorb, so the ai will make a guess each turn which you have until it confirms one or the other. concretely, this means that the ai can thunderbolt your volt absorb lanturn once, but never twice. (there's additional oddities, like the ai just completely forgets its accrued ability knowledge every time you switch out, but that's the gist of it.)
