A lifetime of music in there for someone (like there is in most any piano ha 🤷♂️). Good for a practice area in an institutional setting, or for a small living room, or an apartment. The brown would fit well in a rustic space like a cabin. Better tuning stability than some brand new pianos probably due to everything being settled in.
