Blessed morning Legal Angel. How are you? The video about Affidavit Writing is very informative especially to me who graduated a Political Science course. How ever, during that time, my professors were only contained teaching mostly the content of the Philippine Constitution, not that I am attacking the source, it is just that my batch was famished about this kind of lesson to be learned to become a potential job. After years, I got the opportunity to work at one of the best law firm in my hometown-Laguna.
I have a big dilemma because he assigned me to complete the pending Sworn Affidavit. And this legal case is scheduled to be arraigned next week, April 22, 2024.
I was only able to indicate a few details but I am really at lost how I will be able to finish it really well.
How to write a Sworn Affidavit?
Please help.
Given the opportunity to back to school, I would like to take Creative Writing and Legal Management.
