Oh! About the voodoo dolls, there werent any of Simone and Lina, Velma and Daphne turned their own dolls into ones of Simon and Lina with clothes that tore apart during the werecat transformation!
I can shed some light on the whole werecat twist your see zombie island script was actually a unusued script for a episode of another hanna barbara cartoon Swat cats the episode wouldve seen the titular swat cats fend off against a cult of werecats the episode got scrapped and was eventually reworked into scooby doo on zombie Island Next Time we go to Sandford for "The Greater Good"
The pirate ghost in the grave TRAUUMAATISED me as a kid! It was so spooky and weird, definitely one of the best - although it did weird me out that the spooks were all real
If I can’t make you suffer with ponies anymore, then I can make you endure through furries instead! This commission was absolutely a delight to watch, Harbo! With unquestionably the number one best Scooby Doo movie, I loved you discussing everything descriptively with a fresh eye even while being a first time viewer of this movie! You even made me notice that Simone and Lena had dolls of themselves, which is quite weird in hindsight. 😂 I’ll admit I will miss the pony reviews but this is rather the exciting substitute! Thank you once again, Harbo! I cannot wait for you to cover probably my personal favourite Scooby-Doo movie: something involving the ghost of a witch. 😈👻
Like Shaggy said in a later movie (which also had Mark Hamill), why mess with a classic look? Even the previous shows and movies simply changed his shirt color for some reason. It's annoying that they later made a movie to retcon the real spooks because someone didn't realize that mixing the fake and real scares allowed stories in the classic formula but also allowed for fresh stories.
i've always wanted a series that every episode you never know if it's a guy in a mask or an actual monster. guys in mask would make more sense if monsters were a real thing because it would be belivavble that people would try to pretend to be monsters
I watched this movie a lot as a kid even though I wasn't the biggest Scooby-Doo fan. It felt special to me, because it has actual monsters. I still own the VHS for this movie and I'll probably rewatch it now because of nostalgia! Thanks! 😊
The only downside to this change to real paranormal stuff for the movie is that it ends up becoming the movie trope--you know the movies have a far better chance of having a real paranormal story than the show itself ever does.
This anti-Velma propaganda won't stand. From this day on, I will disagree with your opinion on this while still subbing to you channel and watching all your videos.
Oddly enough, only a few weeks ago, I watched an episode of Supernatural that was a cross over with the Scooby Gang - if you like the Scoobies, you should check that episode out.....

18:04 Okay but let's be real for a moment: The peppers actually going somewhere with this clutch save is so good.

And Tim curry
Ah, a fellow Hex Girls simp. I see you are a man of culture as well.
"You don't get scooby reading the necronomicon to defeat the cats"
Witch's Ghost writers: write that down, write that down!

Cyber Chase is still iconic
Ugh still love this movie and as always thank you for the work Harbo! Would love to see a witchs ghost review🖤✨

This is wild because this is my Halloween movie and I just finished watching it when I opened UA-cam and saw this! Great video!!
Man, I remember watching this movie when I was a kid, it absolutely scared the crap out of me back then.
I watched this when it came out, i was 5, and it scared the crap out of me. I needed my sister to watch it with me so i wouldn't be so scared.
25 years of terror time again. And rewatched the Blair witch project
I’m really glad they got Frank Welker back as Fred the dude is iconic
Dude. Please do more Scooby do, even if it's just filler between who
Thank you Faolan Cortez 🫡
IT’S TENOR TIME AGAIN!
Shaggy and Scooby allowed 9/11 to happen is my head cannon
16:18 Don’t worry. Scooby-Doo and Guess Who gets Hamill as the Joker (in a Kevin Conroy Batman episode) and then an episode guest starring as himself.

Is scooby do in the 60th anniversary
Interesting how those French colonists land in america then almost instantly renounce God and start worshipping a cat God... a Cat God that is real...
Great vid man
Love this movie

Don’t bother with its sequel ’return to zombie island’ it’s terrible and does a disservice to the original!
This I can, with a burning passion, agree strongly with. It spits in the original's face.
@@FaolanCortez they didn’t even just the scooby soo theme tune! That’s how little they cared!
@@FaolanCortezThe director character being called Alan Smithee is a bit too on the nose
