you are literally a lifesaver, in my run of this i got so close to like less than a bar multiple times but i managed to pull off a 1% hp clutch multiple times, once with the bone miniboss, once again with the bounder pit, and then another time with the carbunkles after escaping the bounder pit at like 1 and a half bars of health. the dopamine rush hit me when i finally reached that capsule and i watched my avatar disappear, it was amazing.

This helped me a lot since I know I can't do layer 2 floor 1 with the new chaser boss it was also a fun experience escaping using deep drill.
i like how he looted a chest knowing he wont keep anything
most of the time i loot every chest so i can sell the items later

@@artvor0 layer 2 music is banger,you can just put it on main sound,so no matter if you in fight or in diff location music will be same.

this is so helpful man I got sent to layer two after getting killed by a contractor and idk how to solo chaser only bone keeper plus the slot is hella squishy rn so I rlly needed a way to leave without fighting chaser.
If anyone is reading this, if you get stuck somewhere in layer 2 you can leave and rejoin (when out of combat) to restart.

For anyone who skipped to the end and is for some reason reading the comments, YOU WILL NOT SEE THE DEEPDRILLER IF YOU HAVENT TALKED TO THE GUY THATS IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE GUY WHO GIVES YOU THE UNION HOOK!!! i forgot this and had to fight chaser light hook less, but survived lol
I wiped to the bounders....i hate bounders, got smacked by one, ragdolled, and graped by the rest of them. W video tho thanks for the help it was probably the easiest to follow video ive been able to find on this.
this vid will save so many people with the fact that in the latest update 15 drowns will send u to layer 2 at max lvl
if you get 15 drowns at max lvl and you cant do chaser.. thats just a bit sad ong
@@AverageFall8418 true, but diver drill exists. But how would one even get 15 drowns, like i dont think ive even got that many total in >1k hours

i think it was the thing from the agility oath but this has it too im kinda lost honestly
It's a talent you can get by talking to an NPC in the same place you get the glider blueprint, you'll have to go interact with the purple fire in the temple on Erisia with the watcher and angel and then go back to the npc. After that you'll always unlock the talent at power 2 I believe on every slot

A really big question i've had ever since layer 2 dropped is:
what will happen if you beat chaser when you got to floor 1 through the void (aka getting to floor 1 without light hook)
will klaris call in a light hook or is it just the hole that chaser makes to get to floor 2?
She still spawn light hook for u but dialogue is different it say something like i dont know who you are but thank for helping (U dont spawn in castle light but u spawn somewhere in the depth)
@@azuflute3993 i did hookless eternal gale and when u beat chaser she says ,,it doesn't matter who you are, u done us a great favour hitch a ride on light hook or delve deeper your choice.,, when u beat ethiron its the same dialogue as with light hook
oh my god, this fucking saved my life, only problem i had with the video was you not showing how to do spear quest, looked up another video and accidentally went into a trap room, without spark swap my ass would be in fragments of self

Lifesaver, got ganked and had to send myself to Layer 2
Just a tip, if you can beat bone keeper, chaser is easier. Chaser took me one attempt to beat solo, bone keeper took me 20+.

they say u saved my build this helps yes but when u get out if u die twice or even once and u get sent to depths u actually get sent to layer 2 you have to keep doing this over and over i'd just wipe atp just keep ur slots lvl 19 instead of 20 to make that not happen but

Loot saves only when defeated Chaser, using light hook or escaping through drill will not save the loot

its a card thats u keep forever on all characters whern u get level 2 , its a quest in etrea u speak to a women by the sharkscale glider guy and u go look into a purple flame and go back and u can air dash

I think it's worth mentioning that the wind on the bridges is pretty lenient, and you can go diagonally a lot more rather than head-on. Could be a life saver if you somehow are close to the parasites hatching.
