Hello, Sir .I'm currently pursuing an MCA at the University of Hyderabad. I understand that MCA students are eligible for admission to most IITs for MTech CSE, but some specific institutes only mention Master of Computer Science or "equivalent" as valid qualifications.
Could you please clarify if an MCA degree would be considered an "equivalent" qualification in these cases?

Bhai 42 par structure milna mushkil hai IIT mein, NIT mein mil skta hai lekin uske bhi chances hai ki A,B,C,D wale rounds mein Jaa kr mile. Yeh mein top NITs ke baare mein bta rha hu. And Bhai agar ek dum research karni hai toh MS lelo wrna MTech hi sahi hai

Bro I had one doubt, thing is I passed out in 2021 btech cse but have been unemployed since then and I also shifted my focus to govt exams but no luck so far. I'm thinking of preparing for gate exam, Assuming I'm able to get the top IITs or decent IISC's how much do you think this is going to affect my placement scenario ?
Will I be unplaced with this gap even If I do my mtech from a good IIT ?

Gap will not affect it, I graduated in 2020 and did mtech in 2022. So this much gap doesn't affect it
