Bjorn like Dante are some of if not the only Astartes who would not have to kneel before a Primarch. Their deeds and victories would rival that of what the Primarchs did during the Great Crusade. I can't wait for a reunion between Bjorn and Russ.
Pretty Sure it will be Bjorn sacrificing himself to ensure Russ is rescued or survives or found or something like that, it will either be a brief goodbye or Russ will not even get to talk to him before Bjorn's Sarcophagus finally shuts down
This is the way I see it playing out. Bjorn sacrifices himself to save Russ from an assassination attempt. He dies, but the emperor seeing all that he does, chooses to resurrect Bjorn and make him one of his Paladins (aka a saint)

I love several things about Bjørn His disdain for the reverence given to him, (Oh for, not you as well!) In his own eyes he is a Lone Wolf, one who lost his pack. How much he felt sorry for The Dreadnoughts of the Legion, and now being one himself. How he won a fight based on a Tolkien-Esque grammatical loophole (No man can kill me/I am Bjørn, not Bear!)
Wasn't really a loophole. His name wasn't 'Bear' so that word had no power over him. ...also grammar is more about syntax and morphology of language rather than semantics.
This is something truly great in only a few of the Primarchs that set them above the others: Where Horus would form a councel to stroke their egoes and let them handle issues that were below his level anyway, some few, like Leman Russ, Jaghatai Khan, and perhaps Guilliman, would seek out others for actual desire for knowledge and differing view despite their own superior capabilities.

I just finished Prospero Burns yesterday! I never even suspected that Bear becomes the Bjorn the dreadnought from Hyperion later! Cool stuff. I’m not a fan of the primaris. however reading in lore marines suffering grievous wounds on the brink of death able to be reborn anew by crossing the rubicon has fascinated me could such a thing be possible for astartes dreadnoughts. Could Bijorn be removed from his sarcophagus be able to stand on his own two feet feel the cold winds of Fenris for the first time in 10,000 years fight as a true space marine once again larger stronger revitalized.
i don't think you can restore a marine inside of a dreadnought, even removing them from their sarcophagus is very risky, also theres usually not alot left of a marine inside a dreadnought going through the rubicon would not give bjorn his limbs back

There's Griegor Fell-Handed who was supposed to be a 30k Bjorn model but the model was released with the Prospero Burns box set and Bjorn was well documented as being a nobody and still having two hands during that conflict so the model was renamed and dubbed the marine who owned the Fell-Handed title who died and Bjorn nabbed his Fell-Hand 'Trueclaw'. Then there's a lot of pre-official Bjorn Dreadnought models that look amazing. Then there's the official Bjorn model. Then there's some amazing Primaris Bjorn kitbashes for both PrimarisDread and PrimarisMarine Bjorn.

Nope! The man lived to long, by the time he did fall contemptor dreadnought were already basically gone and no longer being made, instead he was put into a unique casteferrum dread that's been said to be stronger, faster, and tougher than the standard casteferrum and the only one ever made
