I'm going to give the clock tip a go. Staying focused is such a challenge for me lately. The lessons learned tip is great advice for life. I've been thinking for a while now in terms of "X was a mistake, I'll know better next time" but writing it down is such an obvious next step to cement the lesson.

Yeah I struggle with focus as well.
The lessons learned folder was life changing for me. It’s one the habits I’ll take for life for sure. It’s sort of like journaling.

Believe me these tricks are not even the tricks, every good engineer knows all of these things. And the most important thing is that don't change your personal life according to your professional life, it would make life dull and boring, come on we all know we do work to improve our personal life so have party and all stuff that which you like, doesn't matter how long it take to decide what to wear because mostly we wear clothes according to our mood😊😅
