Strong and brave men.Thank you for fighting the good fight.
It is Friday the 13th 2021, I believe that the Cheyanne land is on fire, I live in North Idaho and it's is so smoky here, my heart goes out to the beautiful people.
The look on his face crushes me
This story saddens me greatly.
This is truly sad and it makes me cry out to our Maker,Lord be with us all before the great fall🙏✌❤
this is sickening... money does not create water, our DNA, a smile, love, or natures perfect way of achieving homeostasis. In the long run, we will perish but the earth will live on, it will regenerate and money will cease to possess its value.
" Paper money eventually returns to ist intrinsic value- zero" - Voltaire
True words spoken me friend...it's too bad that the humans are on this planet earth for the reason that most just don't care...this plant would be a beautiful place without humans ...just the animal and the marine life only.
Sad. Sad. Well... BIG Company / BIG Money 💰/ BIG Industry has taken the heart out intrinsic value- true value if you will, things.... that really matter. SAD!!!
I'm so sorry, this sad......

Is there an update to this
curious if there's an update to what's happened in nearly a decade for them & others.
the short-term profits & long-term impact can only be absorbed so much; yet there's such denial from tshose with money & power who leverage permissions to proceed with those effects on others.
__interestingly enough: there was an attempt to set up a small fracking operation adjoining a state legislators horse paddock/property. it was denied because it would 'disturb his horses', while across his own state: homeowners with their own wells were getting sick & died & were told that fracking (carcinogenic fluids) weren't the cause of that as well as undrinkable water.
______
out east: retention ponds from the coal industry were breached & poisoned a river; the corporation dissolved itself to avoid liabilities & the state (taxpayers) had to foot the bill for cleanup, remediation & nothing was left for those people who got sick & died, or businesses/farms whose land is now affected/toxic.
but: money is free speech, right? hard to buy a politician when you're wiped out from medical bills & funeral expenses.
Get to there investors. This is the ONLY people that big companies care about.

I first heard Wally McCrae perform his poem "Things of Intrinsic Worth" around 20 years ago at the Elko, Nevada Cowboy Poetry Gathering and its power has not diminished. Unfortunately, we continue to value other signs of prosperity more than we do the land and water that keep us and other species alive. Change is part of life and you cannot keep a culture fixed in Amber, but you can recognize what is good and sustainable and value it as much as you value that which generates profits. My compliments to the filmmakers who did a great job of showing what needs to be valued more in Montana.
