I just watched your Canton flea market video that inspired me for Christmas last year and I’m inspired again. I still want a deer head ever since I saw your friend Amber’s house. Mine would have to be much much smaller! 😁
We live in Georgia and prices here are crazy! We have a back porch that is under our roofline and wanted to enclose it to be part of our family room...we got a quote and it was 40,000 😳😳 My hubby does EXCELLENT work he is very detailed like me... so I kept encouraging him (we've laid tile, and hardwood flooring and done lots of other jobs on our other homes) for us to do it..we finally bit the bullet and started on it it has gone so smooth, we've done everything except for the drywall and electrical, (installing lam beam, dbl doors,windows,hardy siding etc) we will be laying our own hardwoods and painting...all of this for a cost of LESS then 10,000! we repurposed every material we took off our home ( it's only 3 yrs old) so yes when you are determined to make it happen without a lot of money it can be done!! ☺️
I loved this video. We just bought our last home. And I decide it’s going to be what I really like . I want the furniture and the decor to make me happy and feel like home. It’s coming together beautifully. And it’s me and not over done. Which I tend to do. Thank you.

I’m in Sydney and it’s crazy stupid here 😳 we bought our 50’s red brick house (bout 30 mins to city) for under $500k 10 years ago which is crazy cheap and just had it valued at 1.3 mil. It’s old with one toilet and a small kitchen with a small backyard 🤦♀️ I wish I lived anywhere else because of the cost of living. I’m obsessed with diy and renovating but honestly even buying paint is expensive here 😂🤦♀️

Great designed plans. I designed my walk-in master closet and had a company build it for me. I am in the process of looking at Pinterest for ideas for my pantry closet. I will contact the company in December and will have my pantry closet done by February 2023. I do only one project at a time, but I always plan a budget.
We live in Illinois (southern part, not Chicago). Everything has gotten so expensive. I like French country and French cottage designs. I watch a lot of you tubes for inspiration. Also Pinterest.
