My wife feels a sense of peace and awe when we went through it last year. Even seeing it on video brings back a sense of wonder. We are with you, it's not about the characters, but more the whole feeling. Yes, they could add/change out a character portion, but if they didn't ever change, it would probably still be our favorite area. I recorded in 360, and I visit it in a VR almost monthly.

If they can put Villains Land behind Fantasy land, they could have that stretch of land behind Haunted Mansion make it a Villains Grove type trail and have it be indoors so that its permanently dark.
Next time ask Yokai/Callahan if he can say "That Was His Mistake!" That would make a lot of people happy

25:34 I was hyped for villians grove. Found it to be visually appealing but overall underwhelming. Especially with everyone bumping into each other and not properly walking ahead. I wished they used more of the red wood creek park but it’s already big enough. Wasn’t what I really wanted but again I don’t know what I was expecting going into it.
Kingdom Hearts!! I never thought Disney would bring those version of Mickey, Donald and Goofy to the park! I’ve never felt the need to go to Oogie Boogie Bash until now.

Late to the party, but I've been hearing a lot of people say there is no fruits as treats this year. (How can they get rid of the amazing Disneyland GRAPES?!) Apples and grapes were great to have to break from candy binges. That's a shame.

I'll have a scooter, are all the lines easy to get through?
As a fan of 3 musketeers, i can understand the "hate", but it is a soft and chewy chocolate
I agree that they should have some kind of new experience. Not a full on horror scary event like Universal or Knott's, but like Haunted Mansion level of scary. Spooky not scary, but an actual attraction/event and not just more characters (but the characters are cool too)
I also agree that Ernesto was the best character there, and I say that having never even seen Coco

Great to see Doom return again 13:24 sad there's no shoe dip but also happy for shoe! 13:32 traumatic maybe but that's what I remember Doom for! I mainly remember the reveal of his eyes and voice! That TERRIFIED me as a child, more so than poor shoe. Bringing that high voice would be terrifying

You have to go try the chile relleno burrito from La Azteca Tortilleria in LA. For many years they have been awarded the best burrito in LA. You can order a chile relleno burrito with a meat, I get it with their homemade chicharron.

They pass out smallish (slightly bigger than a lunch sack) trick or treat themed bags. I think it’s the Moana one in the video. But they don’t hold a ton and it gets tiring to hold it in your hand. The trick is use the small bag on the trails, but have a bigger bag with a good shoulder strap or backpack you can empty it out in.
