- I had to redeem myself after yesterday’s crush 😂. This is Chalkness Monster and it was lovely. Still enough crunch to make a difference but soft enough that it was enjoyable. The dust was uncontrollable but that’s fine. I added some sifting for you all because I know everyone loves that for some reason lol

Don’t feel sad about the Ader lol. There are many alternatives so it will be fine. For whatever reason, gym chalk brands tend to do this. They switch formulas periodically. They will go back to the old formula soon. No worries.

I’m reposting this comment to see if anyone thinks the same thing: I think the manufacturers switch formulas because they care for the gymnastics/barbell/lifting reasoning. When it comes to those, I don’t think these formulas work good for them, that’s the original intention for selling the chalk so when we get sad about the chalk being hard or different, I think lifters and gymnasts rejoice that something is new about it/works better for them. I don’t think the manufacturers care that we love the powdery yet crunchy/semi soft gymchalk😂 which is sad but we can’t really do anything about it except for ask them to have two types of formulas availabke to buy yk? Kinda like I wish bsn and chalkness had the option: do you want a box of gritty or other texture?

Thank you so much! Yeah it’s so weird that it’s like the gym chalk brands kinda rotate formulas every once in a while. This happened before with Ader but the replacement was BSN. It will be back soon, I’m sure. And yes, those hard chalks are a monster! My hands were literally throbbing but they are fine now. 😂 Thank you so much for the concern. 🥰❤️
