Even if Balbao's claim of committing those actions at the age of 15 is merely for trolling purposes, it's still not acceptable (because the action being displayed as form of joke is not appropriate). Both actions are just generally wrong, and neither can be justified. Being a (g word) is unacceptable, regardless of age, as stated in the law, and this should be applying to Balboa.
