आज पुलिस और सुप्रीम तक की अदालतें हमारे राजनेताओं द्वारा किए जा रहे कारनामों के कारण सर्वाधिक व्यस्त रहती हैं.
इनमें चुन कर संवैधानिक संस्थाओं की शोभा बढ़ाने वाले मुख्यमंत्री, कैबिनेट मंत्री, सांसद, विधायक भी कम नहीं हैं.

मालीवाल के पूरे इपीसोड का जिम्मेवार हमारा न्याय तंत्र है, जिसने खजेलीवार को असंवैधानिक, गैरकानूनी, गलत जमानत दी। पहले भी कई खूंखार अपराधियों ने अदालतों से जमानत पाने के बाद ज्यादा बेखौफ होकर जबरदस्त एवं ज्यादा अपराध किए हैं।
