Hello, how to get weapon that's looks like ring on a stick with small rings in it? Like madara otsutsuki weapon, I've seen it a couple of times but I can't find it on the map

There's a secret door around the area in Training Grounds where the Combat Instructor is. I'll make a guide for it eventually.
