Just a question, you said later you got to know that hormonal imbalance was the root cause of your infertility but didn’t your doctor suggest you to get the hormonal test done because as far as I know those are the primary tests which doctors suggest before starting the treatment.
I have shared my 2 years struggle with infertility in a video . You can check that for detail.

Yes so when I said finally Hormonal imbalance hi nikla toh matlab ye tha ki kuch bhi aur reason ho sakte the Kai baar hidden bhi rehte hai pata nhi chalta along with hormonal imbalance as I had PCOS par unhone kaha tha ki aur kuch bhi tumhe hai hi nhi.... Just hormonal hai.
In June 2021 only I had few testes jaha par PCOS nikal gaya tha
