This is truly awesome it helps me to relax when im doing my homework and when im having one of my moody days i sometimes stress this just helps me so much. And if im sleepy but cant get off to sleep this relaxes my soul and relaxes all the muscles in my body this is great for meditation keep this great work up thank you for reading 🕊♥🤞
