I’ve got a good one! There’s a character in Fleeing The Complex, where if you click on him, you get his bio. It says his name is Polus Petrovich, and he won a competition to have a planet named after him, which matches the map ‘Polus’ in Among Us

In the scene where Henry and Ellie were doing the distraction, there is a scene where three guys were dancing. The dance was a reference to the gang's torture dance in jojo's bizarre adventure

2:23 The parachute option is a reference to PUBG, the parasol is a reference to Fortnite, and the wings are from Pilotwings 64.
8:53 The boomerang is from The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker while the flute is from The Legend of Zelda: A link to the Past.
10:08 Henry's positron reflector looks exactly similar to Fox McCloud's reflector when using Down B
11:30 This one isn't a reference, but something interesting to add. The fail text was poking fun at the roll done by Henry. A barrel roll is an aerial maneuver in which an airplane makes a complete rotation on both its longitudinal and lateral axes, causing it to follow a helical path, approximately maintain its original direction. Rotating 360 degrees is instead an Aileron Roll.
11:52 The cash cart has a Mario Gold Coin logo on it.
12:25 The Duplicatorange is a reference to the Double Cherry in Super Mario 3D World.

The super smash reference at 10:05 even goes a bit further. The shield is a ability from cpt. Fox which only reflects shots, fireballs, boomerang etc. but melee attacks still work. At least it was like this in super smash bros for the n64.

In the "Where we droppin boys" part, if you choose the wings, it's a reference to a lesser known Nintendo series called Pilot Wings.

2:36 the unbrella is also a reference to Fortnite, where there are also umbrellas used to drop into the battlefield.
And once again, missed the 3rd Falcon punch reference when escaping with the money cart, during the fight with right-hand-robo-man
Also the (i believe 4?) references to kids doing the Fortnite default dance.... over... and over...
6:42 The music/note block from Super Mario
8:15 I do like that they named the option the "Very Accurate Targeting System" or V.A.T.S., which in Fallout is called the 'Vault-tec Assisted Targeting System'
12:33 the failscreen text is a reference to a video, which references to CS:GO, the clip from the option "knife" itself is a direct reference to CS:GO (AWP, spamming knife)
A few that were missed that I haven't seen anyone else comment:
- During the diversion, the Mario bros can be seen doing their signature dance
- Just behind them, four toppat members are doing the conga (specifically the Sniper's version) from Team Fortress 2
- The fight against Mr. MacBeth on the train is from Undertale
- Using the claw while on the roof of the train causes Henry to get dragged into a river, followed by "H. Stickmin has drowned!" which is a reference to Rollercoaster Tycoon
- Along with the other battle royale references, the Parachute has Henry and Ellie scavenge a car for weapons, referencing PUBG (Ellie can also be seen on the ground in a "downed" position during this, which is a more broad battle royale reference)

Another "Donkey Kong Country" reference is the "swap" option where Henry and Ellie tag in and out as the lead while making "ooking" sounds, just as the Kongs do throughout the "Donkey Kong Country" series.
Yk when the “where’re we dropping boys?” If u choose to parachute down, ellie will git shot, crawling towards henry as he try to find weapons but only find an ACOG scope and a box of ammo. And he also die. Reference of PUBG, father of battle royale games

In Call of duty 2 when doing the training and when your officer says “pick up a pistol and a rifle”and just wait there in front of the officer and he will shoot you if you don’t listen to his commands or do what to supposed to do he will shoot you:

During the distraction option (same one that features the spidey reference) you can see three THC members preforming the torture dance from JJBA: Golden Wind, each featuring a play on Italian food similar to some golden wind characters
The death message in the top right hand corner is before "running with a knife" is a reference to the TF2 messages everyone gets when someone kills someone else.
There is also a TF2 reference when trying to get on the rocket during the military attack, where Henry can disguise as one of the soldiers twin brothers, which results in a failure. This references the disguise kit Spy's have and how they always get found out and die.
Missed a reference at 4:29, if you choose "Convert", Henry will say "wololo", and the guard will convert to Henry's side. This is a reference to the Priest in Age of Empires, which had "wololo" as one of his battle cries, and also did what Henry did, which was converting enemy troops into your troops.
2:40 yeah, I’m sure that’s the Fortnite umbrella.

The fortnite umbrella was likely inspired by or referencing Mary Poppins, as that movie came out way before fortnite was even a concept.

11:41 the doors opening also have the same sound of the doors that open in Among Us. I don't know if this is an easter egg but I knew it sounded familiar.

Its fine if you call it an Easter egg i just mentioning this
the grappling hook through his hand and the scream after he realized that it was indeed in his hand, made me think of the scene in resident evil 4 when leon throws his knife at salazars hand, salazar also took a moment to notice that he did indeed have a knife through the hand, and also did a cry/yell noise

It should be noted that 1: you can click on the crew mates for an achievement, and 2: the umbrella reference is actually multiple layers of references on top of each other. Henry and Ellie both glide in on umbrella’s that look very similar to the victory umbrella item in Fortnite (a glider you obtain from your very first win) and that in turn is a reference to how marry popins glides with her umbrella
In the Distraction cut scene, you can find Mario and Luigi, and the character you play as in the Hat in Time

I haven' t played this game but I watched a few videos about it. The scene in ep. 5 where henry has to make a choice on where how to go to the rocket quickly and I saw in a video that if you choose to swap there's a sound that is a reference from the SNES game DKC. And when you choose barrel there's another reference from SNES sequel DKC2.(sorry if I have commented, I didn't watch the video first :P)

and alsio in completeing the mission if you choose rbh with pd at level 2/2 you can see someone who has a hecu mask and speaks like one its a reference to half life 1
A similar bug can be found in Bethesda games running on the creation engine, like TES5 and Fallout 4
I'm pretty sure the 'Harden' option is a reference to the mechanic of the same name in Mortal Shell. The sound effects are similar too.

The tank that appears in the first half of the video is the logo of Newgrounds, the best known flash site where the Henry Stickmin series first appeared.
May have found a new secret dialogue you may not have heard yet. In Black ops Cold War, In the mission brick in the wall, if you get detected on your way to Lazar, he says "If that's your stealthy god help us all" Idk if you found this one yet.

Inner Strength is I think is a reference to the Metal Gear series where Snake has to try to use his strength to avoid dying from shocks
5:32 Chance Time is a reference to the first 6 Mario Party games which had the Chance Time/Reversal of Fortune events where you can force two players to partake in an exchange (or no exchange if you’re in a team with the same player the exchange is being made with in later games). This can include giving coins, giving star(s) or even swapping star counts.
6:03 Obvious reference to the Dab, which was performed as a touchdown victory dance by NFL player Cam Newton.
8:55 Boomerang’s a reference to the Legend of Zelda series. The design is specifically that of Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks.
10:20 The zoom-in is specifically an SSB Ultimate reference as it’s the only game in the series to do that while the reflector is a reference to Fox’s, Falco’s, and Wolf’s reflectors throughout the series (though it’s likely meant to be Fox’s since Falco would go on to kick his and Wolf’s reflector design is different).
11:33 Mostly 64, but if we want to analyze it further, the text boxes, “big”/smart bomb explosion, and barrel roll effects (including the sound of lasers deflecting) are references to Star Fox 64 while the gibberish from the guys over comms is a reference to the way Star Fox characters speak in Star Fox (SNES), Star Fox 2, Lylat Wars 64, and Star Fox Command.
13:27 I’m not sure what it does, but the Summon option looks to be a reference to Kirby and the Amazing Mirror where Kirby is split into four different Kirbys (Pink, Red; Yellow, and Green), and players can call their fellow Kirbys for backup, summoning them through a door.
It feels like at this point you could just post a playthrough of this game and title it "easter eggs and ___ references" because the game has so dang many :D

I've got one: the train you can use the Fulton on has a mario coin on it, it is a reference to the Mario series
There is others. In the airship, when fighting the RHM, you could summon a spirit, which is a jojo bizarre adventure reference. Another jojo reference is when doing distraction dance, you could see a 3 top hat men doing a jojo dance. I am pretty positive the distraction will show this.

This game was part of my childhood from Breaking The Bank to Escape The Prison to Infiltrate The Airship to Fleeing The Complex all the way to Completing To Completing The Mission. I am 16 right now and man does this game bring back a lot of memories.
