    Katie, Thank you. I used to use Photoshop Elements 5 then I had a stroke and due to memory issues, I forgot how to use it to make scrapbook pages. I bought Photoshop Elements 2021 bundle hoping I could remember and have not used it at all since I bought it. I had become so frustrated lately that I nearly deleted about 2 TB of digital papers I made, downloaded, and purchased. I have searched the web and came across your video and I felt the frustration just melt away. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

    Katie! Please do more of your tutorials! I see most of them are several years old, but then all of a sudden a new one. Yours is the best I've found so far!

      @@katiethecreativelady I haven't been brave enough to purchase Elements yet, but I will get it for sure, if you're planning more tutorials. Your most recent tutorial had the right combination of things, at least for me...a steady pace, and you didn't leave out steps as so many do. You also stated at the beginning of the video specifically what you were going to show us. Not to mention what you DIDN'T do...which is to make your video a "show". Your tone was conversational, and I felt like I was sitting next to you at my computer. So refreshing. Can't wait to see more.

    HI Katie. So glad I found you. I've been doing digital scrapbooking as long as you have. Just went from PSE11 to PSE 2020. Wow what a difference. I do weekly project life pages of my family memories and use a template. I use ACDSee to browse my scrapbook kits. Your tutorial was very helpful. Can't wait for more.

    good but unless you plan to print large,, saving as medium quality jpg will take less space on hardrrive, about half.

      Thanks for your comment. I prefer the full size downloads so my photos and scrapbook pages are at their highest quality. There are times when I like to enlarge them. Thankfully, storage space is much cheaper these days on both external hard drives and through cloud services. It's still an expense, but one that is worth it for me.

    why only 300 pixels resolution?? Seems too low?

    • @katiethecreativelady
      @katiethecreativelady  Рік тому

      300 ppi is the resolution used for digital scrapbooking. Most pages are printed at 12x12 inches or smaller so this is plenty of resolution. This is different than 300 pixels which would be too small. I hope I didn't say it wrong in the video. Thanks for the question!
