Are you kidding me?..I am absolutely happily dumbfounded by the vocals here.Whaaaat the hell? I never ever write comments on you tube but McCauley deserves the absolute highest praise here...Holy WOW
He has a freakishly wild voice. It's amazing that a human being's singing voice could sound like that, but he does. He gets that high range naturally. That's why EVEN at an older age decades later he has no problem hitting it. I used to be obsessed with the MSG album from 1991. He's definitely not pulling a Vince Neil or Don Dokken live decades later. Lol
Holy shit....this guy still has that VOICE!!! It gives me chills every time I play it. Just a very touching song, passion, loneliness with longing to love. I remember first hearing this song as a teenager (drummer) and it really touched me on many levels. His voice solidifys this song.....fantastic work of art musically.
Unlike other 80's frontmen... Robin still sounds exactly the same as he did during the 80's... No pitch correction, a little plate reverb and echo and he rocks!!!
I caught SURVIVOR a few years back at the Monterey County Fair w/Robin and they were outstanding. He nailed all their material plus they did couple of covers... Rockin' Into The Night by .38 Special and Anytime.
My god his vocals are still insane 🤯 I had to listen to see if he was on the decline but was happily surprised and blown away by how good that was! Dudes still got it 🤘
Gosh!! If you close your eyes and think of the early days..it almost freaking same!!!! The guy stands tall among the 80s pedigree of singers who still are rock solid with their vocal pipes!!👍👍🤘
Robin is not of this world, how does he manage to sing like thirty years ago??? This is amazing, so much talent on stage and all of them mean so much to me....
Holy Cow he can still sing it! His voice is excellent not to mention the dual guitar solo sounded great! Still love this band after all these years! :-)
Can't believe I just saw this performance. Stunned at how good McAuley's voice has defied and beaten the test of time. SAME freakin' key, unbelievable. 🔥🤘🏼🔥
His voice after all these decades. Thumbs up. Saw Whitesnake recetly. David does not hit the high notes anymore. We all will pay the price for getting older
I know I'm a little late to the comment party, but what an incredible vocal performance... unbelievable that he sounds EXACTLY the same 35+ years later... bravo sir!
Just saw them in Malaga last week. Playing was so good - as good as ever and yeah, McAuley really is phenomenal with still sounding like the recordings, with his range and tone intact... I love the fact this band is like a family - there's not many others like this in Rock'n'Roll, is there. Their onstage humour and manner is quite endearing! Still my all time fave guitarist
I saw this show in Seattle a few days after this-- It was epic! I think the best show I've seen since I saw the Who in 2000. After seeing M. Schenker 3 times dating back to 1984, this show was far and above the other times I saw him.
Damn good vocalist! Still can hit all the note like the day it was first recorded. Blow a kiss from your hand I'll catch it 'fore it hits the ground Cry a little for our fears baby baby I'm so scared there's something wrong I hid you in the corner of my empty room Never really cared 'til now Not standin' in the corner for me anymore You've done your time pass Your sentence and I'll pass mine And when my time is through Can I still come home to you Anytime anytime you want me Anytime anytime you're lonely You just have to call, 'cos you know I'll be there Anytime anytime you need me Anytime anytime maybe you're dreamin' Wakin' up all alone your heart is screamin' I know I caused you so much pain I promise that I'll never hurt you again Even though the scars remain With a little time I know we can win Can't stop this fire, lost control over my desire It burns for you like it always used to do Anytime anytime you want me Anytime anytime you're lonely You just have to call, 'cos you know I'll be there Anytime anytime you need me Anytime anytime maybe you're dreamin' Wakin' up all alone your heart is screamin' And after the war is over And all the fighting's through Can I make my peace with you I wanna come home to you Anytime anytime you want me Anytime anytime you're lonely You just have to call, 'cos you know I'll be there Anytime anytime you need me Anytime anytime maybe you're dreamin' Wakin' up all alone your heart is screamin'
These guys are what, in their 60’s now? The lead singer looks like he walked through a car wash, but he still performs and can still hit the high notes. ‘Perfect Timing’ was criminally underrated! They still sound great!
I just saw Michael & Co for the first time this Saturday and had a great time. I have to say though... Robin McAuley stole the show... If I'm being honest... I don't believe I'd ever heard him sing before the show, but WOW, this man has a golden voice, and also the charisma and stage presence to go along with it. Won me over completely! Read that he was in Survivor for a bit, but I'm surprised he was never part of a bigger band... I dig the new Journey singer, but it's almost as if he could fit right into that band real well. Still, I did not make those comments to take away from Robin's career and accomplishments... He seems extremely well respected, and he came across as a super likeable dude on the stage. Couldn't get the smile off his face, and genuinely seemed happy to be there performing! Thanks to all the musicians for an awesome show!!!
Are you kidding me?..I am absolutely happily dumbfounded by the vocals here.Whaaaat the hell? I never ever write comments on you tube but McCauley deserves the absolute highest praise here...Holy WOW
McCauley and Schenker made great music together, and he sounds awesome…
He makes it look effortless. 🤟
That's a singer that has taken care of his instrument, incredible

Wow... After all these years he can still hit the notes...
He is amomg the very best out there
Yup, he's still a badass. Love Robin!
Ditto Amazing sound!!!
It's inhuman for Robin to still sound this good, let alone at his age.
Amazing.
Same goes for Paul Rogers, the guy hasn't lost a note.
GLENN HUGHES & DAvid COVERDALE STILL GOT IT, SAW THEM RECENTLY HERE IN CT.
@@BRUTUSPLAC Hughes, yes. Coverdale? Only if he's singing to tracks, he's just a shell of his former self vocally
Robin's voice has not changed over the years..and what a GREAT voice it is 💗💗💗
This is just a damned badass performance by Robin McCauley being age 65 at this recording. Just amazingly spectacular
Now he's in BLACK SWAN with Jeff Pilson and other members from Winger
❤
He isn't struggling at all on his vocals. He hits the notes easily. He sounds like he did 30 years ago. Wow.
Yep, some of those cats from yesteryear can still deliver.
Holy shit....this guy still has that VOICE!!! It gives me chills every time I play it. Just a very touching song, passion, loneliness with longing to love. I remember first hearing this song as a teenager (drummer) and it really touched me on many levels.

His voice has not lost a bit of quality. Robin is an incredibly gifted singer. With a lot of love from Germany ❤️❤️❤️
This is one of the legendary hard rock songs for me. The voice of Robin McAuley is great.
the man is 66 years old and still sounds as good as he did in the early 80s. absolutely astounding
I caught SURVIVOR a few years back at the Monterey County Fair w/Robin and they were outstanding. He nailed all their material plus they did couple of covers... Rockin' Into The Night by .38 Special and Anytime.
Robin McAuley is the greatest vocalist!!!
Amazing performance after all those years. ❤
Absolutely agree!! One of my all time favorites!! He still has the pipes!! And I love the fact that they're all out trying I respect them all!!
My god his vocals are still insane 🤯 I had to listen to see if he was on the decline but was happily surprised and blown away by how good that was! Dudes still got it 🤘
McAuley still has the pipes , awesome, and to get those vocalists alltogether Schenker is a genius.
Unfortunately not all of them are at McAuley's level but it is a great idea.
The show in San Antonio was a blast🐵
One of the bests
@@Polentaccio What an insult.
Gosh!! If you close your eyes and think of the early days..it almost freaking same!!!! The guy stands tall among the 80s pedigree of singers who still are rock solid with their vocal pipes!!👍👍🤘
Its almost better now... Amazing voice
Robin's voice is incredible, amazing video bro!
Maaaan, what the....are you hearing this voice? Oh my....amazing!!!!
Pick up Black Swan, if you haven't already.
Hands-Down, one of the best tunes ever!!! And God damn, Robin sounds exactly the same as he did in 1990
He sounds exactly like he did back then that is rare indeed but that's what makes him such an awesome vocalist
Freaking Robin, still sounds as amazing as in the 80s. top guy...
Man obviously respects the instrument. No smoking and stays on top of his vocal excercises. RESPECT!!!!!!!
Robin sounds amazing. Nice guy too.
There's nothing like the original singer singing the song he recorded in the first place.
Robin is not of this world, how does he manage to sing like thirty years ago??? This is amazing, so much talent on stage and all of them mean so much to me....
Holy Cow he can still sing it! His voice is excellent not to mention the dual guitar solo sounded great! Still love this band after all these years! :-)
Michael Is on fire on this tour, energetic , engaging and seems happy. Go see this show.
Listening to MSG 2022 since they started ❤️❤️❤️Forever and Always ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The detuning of instruments will not be necessary....Thank you and enjoy the show.
I'm blown away at the vocals on Robin......I feel like I just went back to the 80's. Robin is awesome. Best lineup ever. Hit the road again guys!!!
Wait a minute, is that Graham Bonnet in the shades behind Robin singing backup
Yeah im sure it is him
One of the best Rock vocal technique singers in this planet.
I watched MSG with Robin in 2022, and his voice is still on top.
What a fuckin great voice!
When the hell are we going to be able to get the Save Yourself record on digital?
World class singers and musicians for sure the legendary Micheal shenker
A beautifully written song. Robin is such a great vocalist and the combination of Michael Schenker made for one awesome band.
Robin kicks ass!!! So much power in his voice.
Robins voice is still fab.
WOW,he still sings like he did back in the day! NOT MANY CAN DO THAT!
The guys voice is ageless. Cudos for taking care of your instrument Robin
Wow.... Robin McAuley 👍👍
Michael is still a Legend
The bass player looks like he's just waiting for the song to be over so he can get backstage to the meat and cheese platter.
wow just wow...we want new MacAulley Schenker album 😌
Holy Hell!! Robin’s pipes are at 100%!! Always loved him in this band! I’m gonna have to dig up the three albums he was on and give them another spin.
Siguen las presentaciones de MSG con McCauley? Para verlos tocar en vivo está joya de la música ✌️😉
I am very impressed about this notes ,i take my 🎩 down for this Incredible Singer
MSG needs to be inducted into the rock and roll Hall of fame.sooner than better.
I love everything about this song forever ❤🎸💯😍😎🤘

Robin looks great and sings as fantastically as he did in the 80s.
I am simply amazed by this. Thank you for sharing it. The man still has it!

Wow, that was EXCELLENT! Definitely still has his great voice. What a treat!
De veras que es asombroso que suene tan bien la voz de Robin a esa edad . Excelente
Wow. I didn't know Chumlee from Pawn Stars played bass?!
His voice after all these decades. Thumbs up. Saw Whitesnake recetly. David does not hit the high notes anymore. We all will pay the price for getting older
I know I'm a little late to the comment party, but what an incredible vocal performance... unbelievable that he sounds EXACTLY the same 35+ years later... bravo sir!
Mccauley is the number one in this team.
I think it's insulting for n he other vocalists to be in the background...McCauley does kill it

Blow a kiss from your hand I'll catch it 'fore it hits the ground
Cry a little for our fears baby baby
I'm so scared there's something wrong
I hid you in the corner of my empty room
Never really cared 'til now
Not standin' in the corner for me anymore
You've done your time pass
Your sentence and I'll pass mine
And when my time is through
Can I still come home to you
Anytime anytime you want me
Anytime anytime you're lonely
You just have to call, 'cos you know I'll be there
Anytime anytime you need me
Anytime anytime maybe you're dreamin'
Wakin' up all alone your heart is screamin'
I know I caused you so much pain
I promise that I'll never hurt you again
Even though the scars remain
With a little time I know we can win
Can't stop this fire, lost control over my desire
It burns for you like it always used to do
Anytime anytime you want me
Anytime anytime you're lonely
You just have to call, 'cos you know I'll be there
Anytime anytime you need me
Anytime anytime maybe you're dreamin'
Wakin' up all alone your heart is screamin'
And after the war is over
And all the fighting's through
Can I make my peace with you
I wanna come home to you
Anytime anytime you want me
Anytime anytime you're lonely
You just have to call, 'cos you know I'll be there
Anytime anytime you need me
Anytime anytime maybe you're dreamin'
Wakin' up all alone your heart is screamin'

Only Robin McAuley can steal the show from Schenker and the boyz. Quite a rare talent he has.

the singer is by far the most talented on that stage. effortless. The band sounded okay too. However, the background corpses were tough to watch.
Graham Bonnet is still fantastic live! An he is about 10 years older than Robin.
Still sounds amazing , well maintained voice

Looks like Graham Bonnet doing backing singing!!
Yep. Bonnet, Gary Barden and Doogie White. McAuley and Barden do backing vocals when Bonnet sings 'Dancer'.
What a great vocal man, amazing...
