Can anyone integrate the KYC feature in his website ? If yes, does the owner of the website have access to the personal data & documents that users have summited ? Or is the data exclusively visible to a KYC control authority ? I'm asking because I think fell for a crypto scam.. :/
Would you be happy if you were working in a bank and a customer walked in wearing a mask and held a fake ID? Services that used to be provided in the real world have now been brought online for our own convenience. KYC does exactly the same as previously done by bank employees personally. You don't want to use the service on these terms, then don't

@@dupersdelite Fair enough. I consider myself a libertarian. I do not trust institutions right away, but even less do I trust individual people! If you are an anarchist (partially), you are effectively eliminating state institutions that could potentially protect us, and in effect you make society even more global, unregulated by nothing but human trust. Unfortunately, most people are stupid, and it will lead to a lot of suffering.
@@dupersdelite I wouldn't consider myself a statist at all. I despise an omnipotent state. Perhaps, reluctantly a consequentialist? Maybe. 🤔 Keep in mind that I am throwing these arguments a bit to provoke discussion. Not necessarily agreeing with them. I like to hear different opinions.
