Can't believe how you can talk that easy right after your intervals with a heartrate of 90-95%. Must feel awesome to have such a high vo2max

I don't stretch before running, but all the stretching I do on a lift day is weighted like an rdl, Jefferson curl, lat pull down, weighted lunge
