    Tip 1: Decide you want to become a good team member or a good leader.
    Tip 2: balance the conversation (every member getting same amount of time) ~~never interrupt someone
    Tip 3: Don't ramble go straight to the solution.
    ~~ what is solution? Why is it best solution? Steps to accomplish or steps to start.
    Tip 4: Don't criticise ask clarifying questions
    Tip 5: make shy people talk.

    On tip 4 of making shy people talk, you also want to do it in a subtle way that doesn't put them on the pot by for example avoiding to point out that they've been quiet.

    Why do you guys jump through hoops for these bullshit companies? This recruiting process is complete nonsense and absolutely below human dignity. Is this normal practice in America? Then I should be more grateful being European I guess.

    • @marija2310

      Bullshit companies? PwC is the second biggest auditing company in the world, ofcourse it's competitive.

    • @apandac1224
      @apandac1224 2 роки тому +2

      It is bullshiting. People shouldn't be judged so harshly in this kind of situations. You worked hard for years to get straight As, shouldn't not be eliminated just because you do not behave well enough in a single group discussion.

    • @madslauridsen6550
      @madslauridsen6550 2 роки тому +1

      @@apandac1224 You getting a high GPA shows competence yes, but the group interview is testing personality in a teamwork setting. Most employers don't want a genius who is an ass. They'd rather get a slightly above average person who works well with others and is friendly.

    • @madslauridsen6550
      @madslauridsen6550 2 роки тому +1

      @@apandac1224 and if you can't demonstrate that you are good at teamwork in a single discussion in which you are even told you'll be monitored, then it's safe and OK for the employer to remove you from consideration.
