Perhaps one type of journaling content could be tarot/oracle card spreads for specific situations that we could practice on our own. e.g. a spread dedicated to the Full Moon, the Winter Solstice, etc.
I absolutely LOVE this idea, Claudia! Journaling is often a solo form of introspection, but knowing that others within the community completed the same prompts made me feel everyone's energy in the most positive way. And the daily affirmation card pull was a nice added touch! I'm definitely looking forward to this series continuing. :) Brightest blessings!

Watching this video at the right time. Yesterday I went to bed pretty angry because of a situation that has been brewing for a while and I finally snapped. I usually wake up at 06:00am but because of what happened yesterday I had no energy or motivation to wake up and once I did I felt very anxious, guilty and full of regret. Got on UA-cam decided to watch this video and now I have more clarity and I feel as though I can power through the day despite the crippling anxiety I have 😥 I’ll keep saying out loud the affirmations I wrote for myself to keep me going today. Oh, I can relate to you about negative self-talk! People usually use to-do lists to not forget smth important, but I use them to remind myself that everything is ok, I did a lot

Very inspiring. TY. I used to be really hard on myself too. And then I started asking myself, would I say this to a friend ? Would I expect this of a friend ? If my mom or dad were struggling with this, would I give them the same advice I'm am telling myself ? I found by turning the situation outward to those I care about, I could be more objective about what I wanted to give myself. Also, when I hear negative self-talk in my head, I literally stop myself and say outloud something positive instead. For example, in my head I am saying to myself: "oh you never succeed at a diet." STOP. Outloud say, "You have such strong willpower and lost XX lbs on YY diet." "You can do anything you set out to do." "Anything worthwhile takes effort and you can do this." I still use this technique and while it's not failsafe, it does help. I also have a morning pages practice and your first three prompts are routines in my mornings too. The last two kind of tripped me up. Gotta work on those. Have a sunny day.

What a nice morning procedure ....and structured, of course! I guess many of us have some kind of morning procedure that we do mentally while having breakfest, brushing our teeth, ....but I really like your more structured type! I like the card exercise....have never tried it but am prepared to do after finding a corresponding deck.. As a request for the BuJo content ....I wonder have to capture information, notes, short texts, important lists, etc ....in between the more trad spreads for a month, week or day. A quick time plan for a project, or reflections after a talk with your spouce or a dear friend, ....well you what I mean. Do you jus take next empty page in your BuJO or do you have certain pages assigned for ' findings/notes/questions/ quotes ....'?
I usually go to the next available blank page, but things can get messy that way. I personally don't mind the clutter! However, what you can do is pre-count the amount of pages you'll use for the "daily log" or "weekly log". Write them down in the index and then allocate a certain amount of pages for just notes so everything has their own place in the notebook!

In interstitial journaling, every time you start doing a work, you write why, what and when you start doing it and every time you take a break or decide to change your work, you again note that down, so when you keep repeating this, and you become aware that you are ought to do something but you have choosen to do something else, it gives you some perspective. This has to be done a for a few days to see the results.
