Is anyone able to provide me with guidance on this question: if the lender forgives the debt of the deceased after they have passed away, does this count as debt or is the debt forgiven/removed?
If the lender forgives the debt then it is forgiven and the effect on the one who passed is removed by Allah’s permission

Why is it that husband (if childless) inherits 1/2 of wife's wealth but wife inherits 1/4 of his wealth? 😢
Edit : They don't have children then why does he need more money for?
