    Finally someone does a touch up video. I’ve been asking people to do this for years. I am in the healthcare field and go from heat and humidity to AC, have to have different types of masks on and off creating those lines, everything on the bridge of my nose- GONE, get sweaty and every time I touch up, like fully touch up, I don’t think blends well into older makeup. This is exactly what I needed so THANK YOU SO MUCH!🙏🏽
    I do find the maybelline age rewind concealer a God sent because of how light in consistency while giving good coverage and being seamless on the skin. NYX Bare With Me concealer is another one that applies beautifully as a touch up makeup product, even over powder these work great. For full coverage Physicians Formula Instaready concealer is great, but the pump sucks… forewarning. The formula though is amazing.

      Never thought to bring my beauty sponge with me in my bag with the mornings foundation still on it for touch ups. This makes a lot of sense and as long as a pro MUA says it’s fine, I’m allll about it. Great video. Only took me 4 years to find a video that covers everything I was needing help with 😂 as far as touch ups go and she hit every issue. I’ve asked and I’ve asked creators to do this and none of them ever would thinking it was pretty self explanatory, but it really isn’t, because it never looks seamless when women touch up. It always looks cakey in areas, or too dewy, or patchy. Whatever the case, it is never seamless like she showed us.

    I’d love a video on how to deal with overly watery eyes while doing makeup. Some days I end up with a streak down the left side of my face, because my left eye, gives me so many issues.

      I also have very watery eyes to the point o could not wear anything close to my eyes and switching to vegan products has allowed me to wear makeup again . I’m not sure what ingredients eyeshadows have that give me allergies but I’m guessing talc is the cause .

    • @amandaest3900
      @amandaest3900 Рік тому +1

      I had similar issues years ago when I was working with animals. Not sure if mine were allergy related, but my eye doc recommended using eyelid scrubs (the leave on formula) daily, and preservative-free lubricating eye drops. I’ve also elected to use talc-free makeup in case that was a factor. I no longer have any issues!

      @@AngieLolaPaganThanks for ur comment…my right eye waters A LOT & I assume I have a blocked tear duct but my left eye also gets watery so maybe it’s allergies…I think I might try only vegan products & see if it helps. Glad u found a solution:)

Every time I watch you, you reach out an touch our humanity. You are a professional MUA but you bring awareness to the practicalities and the flaws and vulnerabilities without the shade.

    Super helpful! As well as very professional, as I would expect from someone working in the industry. I’m very glad YT recommended this video to me. I’m in my fifties and recently got back into makeup and did not know a lot of this information. It will be very helpful on occasions when I’m transitioning from coming home from work and then need to get ready fast to go out to an activity in the city(Chicago in this case although I’ve been in LA a time or two as well) and don’t have time to fuss with a whole new application because of traffic.

    I've been going to the chiropractor lately, and the paper that they put down for your face to rest on the table is the most absorbant oil blotter (and possible makeup remover) I have ever encountered.
