hey, I have a fully working iPhone XS Max, but the LCD has problems touching from the bottom. And I also have an iCloud lock iPhone XS Max fully working. So I wanna swap the Motherboard and FaceID into the iCloud phone, but my main focus is getting my FaceID and 3D Touch working like before. Will it work?

Hello! Motherboard from iPhone X has many differences from iPhone XS. They cannot be swapped.

Nope. It's the screen/LCD it's self
Great vid!!, when you swap the motherboard do you need to swap the face id part as well or not?
If you need the iPhone XS Max with all working functions, then you need to replace the Face-ID module and the light sensor on display module together with the motherboard, because all these parts connected with each other from factory where iPhone was assembling. But, if you do not need the Face-ID, you can only change the motherboard.
