@@Hexaboo Just hoping that it will not be "simple" repeating history. I would like to have (similar to the western campaign and german campaigns in dlc) at least few alternative/fictional missions that would allow you to end war earlier.
There are actually a lot of lesser-known battles and just fun crazy stuff happening in the period. It's generally not well-covered in the popular media where it's just Prokhorovka /cut/ Berlin. :) But yeah a Victory in the West-style 'do it faster' alternative branch might be interesting!
Was there a patch or a sneaky update? When I played the Dnieper scenario on classic difficulty, I was pitted against 3 full strength (7 steps with 2 specialists) SS Panzergrenadier divisions. Full mission nonetheless, but I will definitely reply this campaign and force myself not to use any cards especially artillery preparation :).
Absolutely, there usually are a couple updates after the release, which kind of makes making videos in advance of the release a bit annoying :) Thanks for the heads-up, I'll give Dnieper another look!
@@Hexaboo In the scenario version of Dnieper, it seems like reaching Rostov in Race to Rostov mission will cut off the 1st Panzer Army entirely, and it's same for Gallop. Not sure if this applies to the campaign.
I do kinda wish that the enemy units were dynamic also, so wiping the map means something or destroying x units while taking heavy casualties means something also

@@matejjakubco7853 A 1943-45 DLC would work perfectly fine without fictional scenarios. There is plenty of stuff to cover in those years.
