I really wanted to love this hair. When it came out the box it looked promising. But once I installed the hair the curls were not as full and poppin as yours. The hair is very dry and requires lots of moisture. The hair sheds a lot and gets matted and tangled easily. I love your reviews but I feel we’re not getting the same hair that’s being sent to you. This is the second wig I purchased simply because of your reviews but disappointed once I received the hair 😢.
