Hi, I bought the Hero C1 and the Hero A1. I want to switch the IR led off, but its not possible in the DMSS app. How can I switch the IR leds off. Perhaps also possible after a update of the DMSS app?
Can't you manufacture a camera when it has its inbuilt light (whereby it can have the light inside it not be lights to be on display) I think you get me. Thank you.
Dear Sir, Reference product….. which was installed at a client location today. However, it has been observed that inspite of setting permissions on some of the cameras, the viewer is still able to view the feed continuously. I have tried myself to set the permissions but it’s not working. Kindly provide solution early or the customers has demanded return of the CCTV system and replacement with alternate make.
