Its cool to watch a pretty popular mtb UA-camr ride my local trails and I must say, Red sands and cringila is pretty good but the Bulli jump trail is also really fun.
@@fintancostello_ok I lived on Bulli pass for a few years. That's when I started riding and building. My first trail was over near Red Sands but my tools got stolen and berms destroyed so I packed up and moved south where I could build on private land. Love all the trails on the escarpment, such an epic location.
@@cutlaps nice I’am stoked you used to ride the same trails I ride every weekend! So you were a trail builder for redsands/ Bulli bike park? Also you should come back one day and check out the Bulli jump trail next to the school, it’s pretty fun.
@@fintancostello_ok oh yeah Ive been to the jump track next to the school. Cool to have the small trail next to the beach. Na I didn't work on any of the trails that you ride there. Mine was a new one hidden in the trees and I never finished it. I get back to the area and ride a couple of times a year.
I didn’t know those slates were loose. I’ll go up and sort it out. Sorry. Great video. Thanks for not showing my ugly head. If you are down this way again, give me a call and I’ll show you a few other gems.
I suppose if you used the actual culprit in your thumb, it wouldn't have looked as enticing. Its the sneaky little bugger that brings you undone. You'll have to go back for that ladder drop at 0:50.
Wow man I didn’t know you broke your neck. 13 months ago or something like that I landed on my head on jumps I was very familiar with just I was on a different bike with different wind and over sent it got bucked. Ended up flown to hospital luckily only had 4 bulged discs. But I still kinda have pain and struggle with it. Keep going to the chiro and physio to have things put back in when it gets really sore. Lost a lot of strength in the gym too.

I wouldn't be too hard on yourself there Froff, those loose boards are a bit of a hazard, to say the least.
Sooo good. Those trails are some of my favourite. That ladder deop off the rock was the forst proper drop I ever hit.
Thanks man! It’s a fun drop dude and a rad network. The builders have done a bloody good job out there
Wait you’ve been to redsands?!

Nice twisty trails, looks like you were having fun, UNTIL, the off. usually tree roots get me like that. Man, you need to share the broken neck story.
You should go to boo park in freo
Nice work Froff, cant believe that little bridge took you out, reminds me of some of the small bridges at Blores Hill that have nearly taken me out 🤙
Hahah actually now you say it, it was similar to some of those bridges

So cool seeing local trails on your channel. Hope you enjoyed them and didn't do any serious damage to yourself!
