Pretty sure the fluffy set requires watching Twitch streams for a specific amount of time to even equip.

You can give it to other people but ultimately somebody had to originally watch twitch for like 5 hours to get it

I don't have a twitch account and have no friends, and I am able to find and equip the fluffy armor.
Also, the devs said watching the stream wasn't the only way.
