In documents section, the first document you have added “TUM VPD Application Form”. How do I get this form?
If university demand for VPD but application should be by their own online portal without uni assist should I pay to uni assist for it?
Yes because VPD is issued by uni assist and as shown in the video. This needs to be uploaded in your university application portal.

As VPD converts your bachelor grade from Indian system to German system, I think it should be fine.
I have doubt when I calculated my GPA with respect to German grading in online calculator I got 2.54 but many universities required 2.5 but what I will get in vpd if my grade is 2.54 like roundoff
Don't use the online calculator for converting GPA into a German grading system, because every University has its own marking scheme. So don't do it by yourself.

I guess it will be rounded off. You can check with the grade converter provided on the TUM website. To be sure, ask uni assist through the contact form on their portal. They will reply back in few days.

1) now for winter 23 also do we have to courier documents to uni-assist?
2) and 10th, 12th, bachelor's marksheet, degree certificate & passport is enough for VPD or any other documents do we need?

It depends on the course and the University that you're applying to. If they've asked for a VPD then you must apply for it. Else not required. Extra documents that are not asked will not add any value to your application.

You cannot edit it after payment by yourself. But you can mail them and ask them to update the details that you missed to fill up.
Which documents should I upload apart from my academics on uni assist portal?

The following documents needs to be uploaded and the hardcopy sent to Uni assist for VPD
1) Degree certificate
2) Degree transcript
3) Certified translation of the above two certificates if it's not in German/English
4) A copy of your ID proof(passport)
They mainly need your degree documents because VPD is a document which converts your Indian grade to German grade.
You need to notarize only the photocopies of your certificates that you intend to send it to Uni assist.
@@upendraarun Should the notarization be done through the institutes specified by TUM even for VPD or can we get the notary for our documents done through a lawyer to send documents to Uni-assist for VPD?
@@nithyashreer8604 Any lawyer will suffice. But make sure the notarization confirms to TUM's criteria. You can Google TUM handout on notarization. Everything's given there.
If i apply to a few universities in uni -assist and send the hard copies of my documents to them......then later If I decide to apply to more universities, in this case should I just upload the LOM and send the LOM of those particular universities only? Kindly suggest what can I do in this case
Hey Upendra, My University has offered me a placement and I have accepted it. Down payment has been made. My seat has been reserved for me.
But now while registering on their internal campus portal VPD certificate is required. This was not mentioned on their website earlier at the time of application and admission.
I understand VPD takes max 2 months so Is there a way to bypass this and save my seat?
You could write to the student service/the authority which takes care of applications requesting them to give you an extension. Usually most of the universities grant extensions on case to case basis.
Please tell that this Vpd was for tum how is this possible because vpd is general document which is applicable to all german institutes.

This VPD was for TUM. Uni Assist gives it specifically for this Uni. I am not sure if the same can be submitted to other universities who need VPD. It depends on the University that you are applying to. You need to check that out in the uni website/inquire with the applications department.
Hey can you help me after I did pay uniassist by bank transfer instarem I am not getting any mail from there side of receipt and in account it is still showing to pay..This is for uniassist vpd TU munich.I am mailing them with receipt still no reply ...What to do next?
I agree this process is not fast. You need to wait for a week or so. They will send you the receipt of fees few days after it reflects in their bank account.

You also have to send a notarized hard copy for VPD

I guess no... For VPD one needs the score of complete bachelors.
I guess you can. Your German grade will be calculated based on your current grade. However these regulations might vary from uni to uni. So to be precise, ask uni assist through the contact form on their portal.

Each University will have their own requirements. So you need to ask TH Ingolstadt about this, if it's allowed or not.
