Greetings from Bergvliet, Cape Town. I, as a blind person, was introduced to the Kb double cab through the models from the mid-late 90's and I love those models because of their truck-like sound from their 2.5l/2.8l turbo diesel engines. I have no problem with the early D-max KB models as long as the 3.0l turbo diesel engine doesn't have the fan that you would usually hear on start up and pull away. The fan sounds a bit annoying in my opinion I prefer pure engine noise.
Hey folks, I was on the verge of purchasing one of these, when I saw the new Nissan NP300 Frontier. I know the Isuzu is a proven vehicle, but I am liking some of the niceties of the new Frontier. But can anyone give me a comparison in terms of the engine, 4wd system and suspension. I cannot find much along those lines, besides it is good to get it from guys who might have first hand experience. Thanks
I bought one of these pickups in 2009 and six years later its still going strong.

+Visesh Lall here in australia the new np300 is no good , steers like a fat pig who's eaten to much, lower than all the rest and pricy
