Recently, Am applying to du colleges but I heared that those who have 90 plus api score only those candidate they call for interview my score is 70. There is any chance shortlisted for interview.
All those candidates who have above 75 API are eligible. The shortlisting criteria is based on the no of candidates who have the highest API and only few times the no of vacancies are being called for the interview.
So more than the API it is the no of candidates who qualify and have top API shall be called for the interview.
@@AnujJindal I would like to some corrections to you're answer, the eligible criteria is 60 as per the new guideline of DU. DU colleges appointed other university or other state candidates.??
Hey do the api scores only matter if we apply for permanent position or they matter in ad hoc/guest lecturer interview too?

English language will be helpful in interviews primarily and also on different occasions knowing the language will be helpful
If you would have prepare for life science or Agriculture then only you could think about what is hectic schedule..

*Satya sun lo*..ye sab faltu baatein ha..pehchaan ha acchi toh, DU me Naukri ha..nhi toh kuch "pakka" nhi ha..(I'm not saying it's impossible) but aap kitne bhi intelligent or bright student hon..fark nhi padta..yahan aise aise gadhe professor dekhen ha maine.. pata nhi kaise wo sab ban gye..(ghoos diye/ approach kuch bhi ho) pahle main bhi bahut gaali deta tha JNU ko but JNU, JNU ha..
The grass always looks greener on the other side, and the grapes are still sour. Things are difficult I agree with the same but hard work & Knowledge might take some time but you will land up at the best Places.
But sources sirf permanent faculty ki job ke liye hi matter karte hain na. I don't think ki ad hoc aur guest lecturers ke liye sources kaam aayenge
