excellent video Isabella you are very encouraging to me, one book I thought I'd suggest is.. "Phantastes" by George MacDonald. MacDonald was the greatest literary influence to CS Lewis. Phantastes is fairy tale romance allegorical to Christianity. it's one excellent very affordable book which will have a lasting influence & you may want to pick up the follow-up called: "Lilith" anyway God Bless and please keep making videos!

I kind of understand changing your mind about reading a book after you have thought about it more or read some non-spoiler opinions/ reviews on it. Or dnf'ing a book after starting it and realizing it is not a story you want to continue reading. But not reading the summary and not knowing what the book is about- that seems to be a waste of time. Why buy all these books to not read them or even attempt to read them? Why not just borrow the books you are not sure about from the library?
exactly my thoughts! after so many book hauls on youtube we’re getting the unhauls epidemic and it just shows how people don’t think twice about their impulsive purchases
