i gotta say, I've had mental problems which prescribe meditation among other things, as i tried on many occasions the traditional style of meditation, i became barraged by mental chaos, ending with frustration. haha! the adage :Fake it till you make it: just wasn't cutting it for me. I found that i can meditate to this and other psytrance mixes for meditation. I can fall into the music, and it fills the "mental void" which would otherwise become an unruly circus of intrusive intersecting thoughts. Maybe thats cheating though?? *SHRUGS*
+Harry Taylor Not at all bro music has an effect that can cause the pituitary gland to secrete hormones to give you more of a positive effect or negative effect. its perfectly normal to zone and feel the music from within. Keep jammin bro! I hope all gets sorted.
+Harry Taylor This kind of music, i don't know why, at first time was caos ( this was a long time ago ), but now it feels just nice, everything is valanced, this music really calms me down so hard ( no drugs needed ), i trip with this by only meditating on my bed.
