I remembered that song in the ska era but I don't remember this guy at all, unless he was using a different name. But I really cannot this guy at all, because he was not popular back in 1960s like Prince Buster, and Derrick Morgan, Alton Ellis, Justine Hinds and the Dominoes, Larry Marshall with Nanny Goat version, Desmond Dekker and the aces, Roy Shirley, etc,etc .I remember those days listening to Duke Reid, before Coxene as a boy.I know a few of the foundation singers back in those days, when the Vere Johns talent show long before all of those singers. That Vere Johns talent show long before I was born in the 1940s, a man who was running the talent show in the 1920s in the United States, before returning back to Jamaica in the 1940s. Before all of them were singing any kind of music, I born come hear him show on RJR radio station in the 1960s before he died in 1966.The same year he died, man like Haile Selassie came to Jamaica I was big boy going to school at the time.
