I swear this game spent most of its budget on the opening FMV. Case in point, both Samanosuke & Nobunaga's ultimate transformations are reduced to a 'fade to white', whilst in Onimusha 2 we got a badass cut-scene of Jubei turning into an Oni.
Shitty camera at times and tank controls aside. the best was actually 2 but to each their own. dawn of dreams is my least favorite. I'd go 2 > 3 > 1 then far the fuck away dawn of dreams.

This was a well put together Game Graphic wise for the Ps2 you can almost count the individual strands of hair flowing from Samanosukes' head. Some PS3, HECK some PS4 games don't have that level of detail.

The last onimusha dawn of dreams was diferent but still enjoy it at that point i didnt know samunaske could take the gauntlet of that was new and thats when i realize i wanted more lore of the games i wanted another onimusha it was a good game awesome at its best

but he was as tenkai (maybe he was even stronger in Oni4 because of the years that have passed).. he was not the main character because the black oni was more powerful by far... he could control the combine power of all his allyes and the nobunaga power sealed in the samanosuke glove

I used to flood my thick adult diaper while playing Onimusha 3: Demon Siege back in 2004. Life was fun because I lost a lot of weight and got myself down to 770 pounds. I felt proud being 5 feet 4 inches tall back then. I wish I weighed 770 pounds again. I would take that over a million dollars any day.

started playing onimusha 4 recently...wow, its so bland and generic compared to 1-3. level design, textures and atmposphere is no where at the level of the old ones, and the vibe is like a cheap anime. we need oni 5!
