18 ft but you can’t legally tow it behind a 150 Prado which only has a 3000 kg max towing limit. Epic fail. If I had a vehicle that would tow 3500 + then I’d be buying a van bigger than 18ft now wouldn’t I 🤷♂️🙄👎 Keep it tandem axle, 18 ft and 3000 Agg weight and you’d be on a winner. I’m starting to think caravan manufacturers are all idiots to be honest. 🙄👎
