- This 10-minute standing ab workout requires no equipment or getting down on the floor. Each move is done for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between. You are not going to believe how your abs will feel during and after this 10-minute standing ab session. Are you ready to burn some calories? If your answer is YES, then let's go!

Going to do this again on my lunch break today.
My job is all about being in front of a computer for 8 hours, so I thank you because this is something definitely I can do to work out the Kinks from all that sitting.😊
