Been following G2 RL since 2017 when I first got into the game, this team is irreplaceable. When you lose an org that's been a staple for so long it just goes to show that Epic is killing this esport year by year and it hurts.
4:10 this part was the part that got me. Showcasing all the different iterations that made G2 who they were in the scene was extremely emotional. And having been able to experience every iteration of them, it's truly been a beautiful 8 years with this org.
No matter if you're competing or not, G2ARMY is still G2ARMY 🔥
Quit playing Rocket League years ago but I still wachted all G2 games, as the only big Name out of the C9, NRG and G2 time. Guess thats the end of Rocket League for me

Seeing all the names go by at the end just reminded me how special this all is to me. Thanks for making so much of my life what it is, I just hope there's a future for G2 Rocket League beyond this point.
I've been a G2 fan since season 7 when they made it in the grand finals. And in that time in 2019. G2 is the first org I supported and followed when I first played Rocket League.
Before COVID my cousin introduced me to Rocket League, and during that time when playing and having my best time, he told me his favorite team is G2.
And ever since I have been here and supporting my favorite team,
and G2 was also the org that got into esports.
I will cherish and remember every single memory I made watching my team having their greatest times, each every single day in the online regionals, all LANs especially both winter and London major I watched, and all those worlds I watched.
Thank you so much G2 for everything, you gave so much to to this community to have something amazing to always watch, I thank all the players that have been here, my favorite pro Rocket League player will forever be Jknaps, he is just my goat and always will be. Atomic, Bmo, Dan gave me the greatest season to end off this amazing journey.

actully saddening ive been a fan of g2 ever since I started cs back in 2015. I got into rl in 2017 ish time and grew to love there rl pro team as well been a fan for a long time and won't stop for most game your in but I guess its time to find a new team to support in the rocket league scene.

Im from europe but this NA team for me was my favourite team back then till now. I suffered from the loses and heartbreaks but also celebrated victories. This team, its players and more made me want to play rocket league for the first time.

I wasn't always a G2 fan tbh, I was an NRG fan back then but whenever I saw that team I just knew nrg had to look out for them cuz it was that one org that was so tough I didn't even wanna see them match against nrg. Became a fan after nrg stopped qualifying, GGs G2.

The end of an era. It's so bitter sweet, but having been watching the scene since S2, I got to basically see the entirety of the development of the entire scene, with G2 as the most staple group in the nation, and potentially in the world. Godspeed G2, and THIS IS ROCKET LEAGUE
Sad to see G2 go. They were the first org I supported when they came in season 2. I would have liked to see clips from their older seasons with the other players since that was the G2 I supported, but oh well.

Been a G2 fan since I first downloaded it as a 10 year old kid. Their organization gave me the hype and helped developed my love for the game. To see them leave is so unimaginably heartbreaking. I have a massive flag that covers my entire wall in my bedroom to it. #G2ARMY4L❤️
I’ve been a huge fan of the G2 RL team since it was created. I have had a G2 flag on my wall behind my monitor for years. It just happened to fall off the wall two days ago when G2 announced they were leaving RL. I hadn’t even heard the news yet. That is a crazy coincidence.

The era Kronovi, Rizzo and Jknaps was insane, that is with Kronovi I started playing Rocket League, i'm European, I've always supported EU teams, but we can't deny that we started Rocket League with the legends...Kronovi, Squishy, Kaydop, Rizzo, Pulse Clan etc, so much legends from around the world

Through Jonsandman i got introduced to RL, through jons friend rizzo i got introduced to RL esport and G2, been in the G2 army for a long time, after rizzo i sort of didnt think of g2 much, till i saw the current trio of daniel and beastmode and atomic and went back to supporting esports cuz of G2 only reason i usually watched RL esports was G2, G2 has been the main team i knew since the start. Thank you for the memories and crazy moments G2 ❤

Crazy to see them exit knowing Ibuypower/G2 has been the staple of RLCS ever since the beginning. Consistently roster after roster- always finding a way to compete at the highest level is insane.
